Excellent breakfast! Location was good. Historic site. Gym, grocery stores & pharmacies all next door
It’s An older building so you can hear some things, but nothing too loud or disturbing.

The breakfast room was beautiful and very relaxing for morning breakfast. The decor was exactly as expected for a hotel this old. Very nice. The locations was perfect. Across the bridge from all the noise but in a quiet location.
We did not have hot water for one whole day. It is an old hotel and somewhat expected but pretty inconvenient when wanting to shower. The front desk staff were not very friendly or helpful especially when helping us with the hot water situation. Nothing was offered to help or compensate for that.

Vienna’s oldest hotel, yet beautifully maintained and in excellent condition. The location is very convenient, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and having on-site parking is a real advantage.
The only minor downside is that the breakfast could offer a little more variety, although overall it is still very good.

Great location. 10’ walking distance to the city center. Comfortable bed
Poor breakfast options. Disappointing breakfast menu with low quality food. Furthermore, to queuing to be seated in the breakfast room because it’s packed is not ideal and the alternative was to pick the breakfast and take it to the bar. Poor housekeeping service with little attention to details (lack of soap, little rubbish unremoved)
