Location super, staff very courteous, excellent breakfast, clean spacious rooms
The pillows were awful, the Aircon was either too hot or too cold Also tried to get breakfast 5 minutes before start time on day 2 of my stay (since I had to catch a tour bus) but was told to wait till starting time to begin

We really appreciated the hotel’s support in arranging the honeymoon decoration, which made our stay more special and memorable. The staff were very cooperative, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, and we sincerely appreciate their effort and hospitality. The hotel was comfortable and well located, and the room was clean and well maintained. And the overall service made the stay pleasant.
Overall, the stay was very good. However, there is still some room for improvement, particularly in the breakfast variety

Room size was nice and large, plenty of historical charm and atmosphere, very clean and well maintained rooms. Great air conditioning. Superb breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Location very close to centre of city with easy access via tram to all main tourist areas.
