The overall experience is extremely nice. I recommend this hotel.

Very nice location close to a bus & tram station. Also there is a supermarket like 10 min walk. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Room is kinda spacious compared to other hotels, clean and quiet.

There was no electricity plug in the kettle place. I had to place it on the floor under the desk.

Nice place adjacent to city center.

Breakfast was ok. Not bad. Room was small and temperature was quite difficult to regulate.

It was ok. We arrived just prior to the large Xmas gathering that Strasbourg is known for. Had we realized it, we would have planned better and travelled a week earlier.

Simple good quality hotel perfect to visit the old town

Nice simple hotel well located on the rim of the old city centre (you avoid the headache of accessing the centre by car). Calm Clean Comfortable. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Requested a room with twin beds but asked to change to triple and pay extra! They could have offered a solution and failure to do so one of the guests left the hotel although paid for two.

Practical, good location

The design of the room was fun and colourful, and the size of the room was good. We weren’t there for long so the location was great for our trip as the city is right on your doorstep with restaurants right nearby. A nice walk into the centre. The river is also nearby. The check in staff were very friendly and chatty. Great stay!

A pleasant stay

The location is excellent and the breakfast is great for choice!

It could have been cleaner - there was a lot of dust on the side table and lamps. One of the towels had a stain on it and the room looked a bit tired. It was quite small too.

Did what I needed, with friendly staff in a good location.

The hotel is in a good location in the middle of the city with good bars and restaurants near by. The staff are exceedingly helpful and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable.

The chandelier in the room was a little low for me (I'm quite tall) and the shower was a bit cramped in the eaves of my room. These are small points, overall it was OK.

Been there twice and would come back to stay any time

Perfect location, had the smallest room, it was clean, with air condition, 4!!! pillows! Breakfast is ok. You are basically downtown with a public parking accords then street! Super friendly staff

Staff and location were great.

All of the furniture was very worn and there were scuffs all over the walls and doors. The AC made a ton of noise at night. The pink, flowery decorations were overwhelming.

Liked nothing about the hotel

The hotel had some technical problems and sent me to a hotel. It was located in the other side of the Island, so I had to buy a tram ticket. The hotel room was so tiny and looked like hostel. It made my trip terrible

Great Position almost in the heart of Strasburg city center

it is a very nice hotel, with nice fornitures and gentle hospitality. the breakfast is good. The position is very very good. the cathedral is away just 400m, there is a tram stationa not more than 200m and the channel close to the hotel is full of boats where to have an aperitive on the water

the only thing where I see space for improvement is the bed. we got 2 single beds put together with single bed blankets; it was a little bit too uncofortable to sleep like a partner during the night

Cute building in a great location... expensive!!!

The location was awesome. I used flix bus so arriving and departing Strasbourg was convenient because their station is less than 15 minutes away by walking. I paid ten euros to use the sauna by myself for two hours. I stayed in the Audrey Hepburn room. There is a beautiful municipal bathhouse and pool complex five minutes away which was worth visiting.

I came during Christmas season so a teeny tiny room for one was very expensive. I have no regrets about booking the place. I met a variety of staff members during my two-day stay. All of them were helpful and spoke English to some extent. In the evening, there was one gentleman who reminded me of my father-in-law instead of a hotel concierge. I had to explain why I needed dry towels and then justify the reason for not wanting wet towels in the teeny tiny room!
