Nice large clean room.
Saw others using the facilities, we never found the time but would have liked to.
Great access to Metro centre & Train into Newcastle.
Free Hotel Parking outside the main entrance.
Noisy fridge in the room which couldn't be switched off.
The bathroom generally could do with a refurb.
The seal on the shower screen was split and the tap to turn off the shower needed looked at.

Helpful staff as always and great swimming pool
The bed was very uncomfortable this time and the room as a whole wasn't as clean as last time either
