They were very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The location is prime in the city and made it very easy to go to different locations. Great communication overall and very nice location.

Beautiful view overlooking the sea and a view of the historical center. Lovely modern kitchen and furnishings. Nicely appointed kitchen- pans, dishes plates,etc. Apartments were very, very clean. Top floor.

Location was great, walking distance to all popular monuments. Bed was very comfy and staff were extremely helpful and polite.
The floor above our room seemed to be a school or study group, you could hear a lot of commotion including the scraping of chairs on the floor above from 8am til 8pm. During our stay the hot water stopped working and we were without for 2 days of our 3 night stay. The staff were extremely apologetic that they couldn’t get anyone out to fix it before our checkout but did not offer any alternatives for us to have a hot shower or any compensation/refunds.
