Staff, location. We got the Medaglia d Oro room which was large with high ceilings and bright with a window to the street outside.
The staff, especially Michelle are awesome! So helpful!

The location was great, walking distance to Navona, Pantheon, campo di Fiori and Castel Sant Angelo with many dining and shopping options nearby.
We loved Michelle, the receptionist and her team who were extremely helpful and efficient. Our studios and bathrooms were large (depending on the room you are booking) , sunny and airy by Rome city standards.
I didn’t like the entrance at the street level of the building because it was sometimes blocked by bikes and the garbage in the closets which belonged to other units in the building. The space itself occupied by La Maison was always clean and quiet so I would not say it is the fault of the hotel. There is a small elevator which can be small but helpful for transporting luggage up to the hotel.

Location was outstanding. 5 min walk to the Piazza Navona.
Was not too sure how we would access the building based on email info received.

Location was great, the reality does not correspond to the pictures provided. The property is old and cleaning could be improved.
The main drawback concerns the parking. The property indicates to have a parking, however, they end up sending their customers to the private parking costing 38EUR/24h. This is a misleading information that must be corrected by the property and booking.com to allow the consumers an informed choice.
