The staff were nice and very responsive. The location was pretty good, just off Via Vittorio Emanuele and a few minutes walk to Vatican City and Castel Sant'Angelo.
The first room I stayed in had a high-pitched noise, apparently coming from the air conditioning unit. I had to extend my stay in Rome by one day, so I switched rooms. The new room was larger and nicer than the first, but it was very smelly (like dirty laundry), which might have been from the area rug. The room look nicer in the pictures.
