It’s the second time we have stayed and both times felt very relaxed. Property is clean and in a great central location host is very welcoming and helpful but doesn’t intrude at all - lovely lady. Very clean.

The property is located in Great Torrington very close to RHS Rosemoor (the reason for our stay), it has a dedicated off road car space which is accessed through a 'hole in the wall' and an electric charging point should you need it. The property had everything we needed for a short stay. The double bedroom is up some very steep narrow stairs which may be difficult for some people. Once we had worked out how to use the heating it was warm and comfortable. WiFi and TV's worked well.
Some instructions on how to use the downstairs heating would be useful. It is advertised as a double bed but has two single beds. The hot water takes a very long time to come through and the shower although adequate is low on water flow.

It was beautifully quirky, comfortable, clean and well equipped! So many lovely little touches ! The host was also so accommodating and friendly! And it has one of the best hot tubs we have sat in at a private accommodation

Location is ideal for us in the town of Torrington as we were visiting an elderly relative. Property is clean and reasonably comfortable. The owner Louise is very friendly and welcoming.
The shower controls were broken - Louise told me that it was going to be repaired soon after we left. I hope this is the case as we are returning later in the year! As others have mentioned the stairs are extremely steep.
