Vinh and his wife were perfect hosts! Vinh was also our tour guide for Arem Cave Adventures. Amazing experience, great sense of humour and so friendly. Amazing family here in Phong Nha. The rooms were beautiful and picturesque. Great food at their restaurant. Great location. Would stay here again

Die Gastgeberfamilie ist außergewöhnlich freundlich. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits, sehr ruhig. Fahrräder kann man ausleihen und ist damit auch schnell im Zentrum. Zu Fuß kann man auch einige schöne Plätze erkunden. Der Gastgeber erzählte viel über die Gegend und zeigte uns Plätze außerhalb der Hotspots. Das war so atemberaubend und wunderschön. Wir haben dort 7 Tage gewohnt, die Zeit ging viel zu schnell vorbei. Wenn es zeitlich passt, kommen wir wieder.

To be honest, I booked this space as the bathroom looked nice in the pictures and it was very nice when we arrived. The room itself was clean and rather large, as we were given a twin room. There was a great cafe round the corner which did vegan food and moped rentals, so we could go further out into town.

We arrived quite late, so it was dark and raining, meaning we couldn’t get a clear picture of the external space. But in the daylight, the garden area is very barren, whether from the heavy rain, I don’t know. The room is also very basic, so you are getting what you pay for and the lock they gave us was a padlock, which we struggled to lock every time we left the room. Additionally, there was never any one really present on site when we needed help, although there was someone who greeted us when we arrived and someone there on the last evening who helped book us a taxi for 3am and take our payment.
