Room was as spacious as the photos suggest. The bathroom was big and the shower was nice. Close to the citadel but far away from Hue center, but we like walking.

Not enough hanging options for towels or clothes. Sometimes hard to communicate with the staff. One night we went to leave and they closed the gate. Then the next night we were worried they would close the gate again and we wouldn’t be able to get in. Either a WhatsApp number to contact, or giving guests a gate key with the room key would go a long way for making it easier for both parties

l hotel ( chez l habitant) est très bien situé à qq minutes de la cité impériale, on peut trouver un service pour laver le linge par kg, il n y a pas de système à carte donc la clim et électricité sont fonctionnels toute la journée au besoin ce qui est pratique quand on veut charger nos appareils et aller se promener. nous avons apprécié le check in avant les 14h et cela gratuitement ce qui est très appréciable surtout si la chambre était déjà libérée. les chambres sont équipés de clim, d une douche ou baignoire en fonction de la chambre affectée. l hôtel propose des services supplémentaires comme la location des vêtements traditionnels pour des cosplays ou autre ou sans maquillage pour des shooting photo ainsi que la location de scooter mais il faut disposer d un permis auto sur soi en cas de contrôle 😄.

ne laissez pas la fenêtre de la salle d eau ouverte sinon les fourmis s inviteront 😅 le wifi est rapidement saturé 😭 le matelas de certains chambres sont plus fermes que d autres faite votre choix 😅

Overall, not bad. But there is a restaurant nearby that is always very noisy. And the room is not very well cleaned and is not cozy. I did not feel comfortable in this hotel.
