Location and amenities were lovely.
Having a balcony is technically correct but so very tiny so I feel its a little misleading.

The location is excellent, there are many cafes, bars, restaurants around. Everyone is nice and friendly. The apartment is ok and safe. Windows to the rear garden and no traffic noise. Very quiet at night.
There is construction work going on in the back garden. The windows are covered with dark plastic with a small number of holes for ventilation, which is clearly not enough and claustrophobic. There is no air conditioning. Workers start making noise at 7 am, though they finish at 8. Dust flies into holes. The balcony is only 0.5m2 and it is filled with scaffolding, it is impossible to get out.
