Helpful host who let us check in a little early so that we could get to Southwold and explore before it got dark. There's a bus to Southwold too, but no return buses in the evening so book a taxi back in advance (no taxi ranks). Accommodation was what we needed.
Some crockery and cutlery would be useful, as we bought some cereal to have for breakfast.

Welcome and location and cleanliness
Very poor internet. Although it was not billed as self catering we would have really been useful to have a microwave and cutlery and crockery. Some noise from nearby A12
