Top spot, Top host

A really comfortable apartment, very close to the city centre and all attractions, without being noisy at all! There was a daily average temperature in excess of 30°C, and yet the apartment remained beautifully cool throughout, despite no air-con. Anna is probably the nicest host I've ever met. Her response time to any queries is impressively swift. I can highly recommend this apartment to any individuals or couples who wish to stay in Avignon. The private parking, immediately outside, is a great asset but may prove challenging for larger vehicles.

Just perfect.

It was close to the centre of Avignon and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Anna was amazing I got lost and I was 20mins late. She explained everything to me and left me to it.

Perfectly located in the old city of Avignon. Very peaceful and very easy to get around. Having parking included is a bonus. Easy to access the roads to other towns in the area.

Superb

The apartment was in a great location inside the city walls and away from traffic. It was well furnished and prepared for tourists, with good space for breakfast and for reading.

The apartment is on the ground floor so the balcony is not very private. One very small niggle, not affecting our stay, was the workmanship on the skirting board, with corners butted together instead of mitred.

A good place to stay

Exceptional location and a nice studio with a small terrace and parking included in the price.

The bed was not confortable, and tv could work better. Towels and bed linen not included in the price, not very appropriate from our point of view.

Good location but a few shortcomings

Location is very good. In the center and near the main street.

The bed is much too small and not comfortable. In the heat of last week (37 degrees) an air conditioner is really necessary. WiFi has worked 1 day and other days no longer.

Very quite and close to the center and main services. The parking in front of the house. Good for 4 person.

Should have little more accessories in kitchen that should be better cleaned. Not too much external light as is ground floor But in general is a good place to stay to visit Avignon that I would recommend

Bien situado pero destartalado

Tenía parking y la ubicación es muy buena.

El apartamento está viejo y con desperfectos que no se arreglan. El balcón da a la calle y no funciona la persiana y encima la cortina no tapa toda la puerta por lo que teníamos miedo de que cualquiera pudiera entrar. Además si hace calor solo hay dos ventiladores muy viejos que no hacen más que ruido. La ducha está rota y amarrada con unas bridas. El retrete tiene la tapa medio rota. El porta rollos amenazaba con caerse al suelo. El sofá cama es súper incómodo y la otra cama muy pequeña. Había una mesa que no se podía mover por tener una pata rota… Al entrar pone que en 2021 tenía una puntuación de 8,7 en booking… entiendo que no han arreglado nada desde entonces y la puntuación seguirá bajando

Die zentrale, dennoch ruhige Lage.

Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel und abgewohnt. Wir waren in einer extrem heißen Zeit dort, es gibt keine Klimaanlage oder Deckenventilatoren, sondern nur zwei sehr alte klapprige Ventilatoren, die kaum Abkühlung schaffen. Der Rolladen im Wohnzimmer (EG) ist defekt, so dass nachts nicht gelüftet werden kann. Die Gardinen lassen sich nicht komplett zuziehen. Die Duschstange im Bad ist defekt (mit Kabelbinder fixiert), lässt sich in der Höhe nicht verstellen.

Bett hat stark geknarzt. Keine Klimaanlage. Die zwei vorhandenen Ventilatoren brachte gar nichts. In der Küche hat es nicht mal ein Schneidebrett gegeben.

La ubicación. Y que fuera en planta baja. Y que el estacionamiento estuviera en la puerta. Desde el dpto se veía el vehículo. Anna muy atenta

La cama chica para dos. El colchón y las almohadas finos e incómodos Se paga aparte la ropa de cama y las toallas. Está especificado si uno lee todo detenidamente Hay q dejarlo limpio si no te cobran 50 euros de limpieza. Muy costoso para el tamaño de dpto y el usarlo solo 2 noches. Así que limpié yo. Anna si bien es atenta habla en inglés francés rápido y cerrado.

Ottimo per visitare Avignone a piedi

L'appartamento è comodissimo per visitare Avignone a piedi essendo a un quarto d'ora circa dal palazzo dei Papi. Supermercati, farmacie e negozi distano pochi minuti. Gentilissima la signora Anna che si è presentata puntuale per la consegna delle chiavi e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie. L'appartamento è dotato di un grande balcone e non manca di nulla. Il parcheggio proprio davanti a casa è stato davvero comodo. Consigliato

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Avignon.

Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden. Das Appartement ist klein aber absolut ausreichend. Kann man weiter empfehlen. Die Lage ist relativ zentral, so dass man schnell im Zentrum ist. Supermärkte sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Einziges Manko: Das Bett ist definitiv zu klein für 2 normal gewachsene Menschen, aber man konnte auf eine Schlafcouch ausweichen.

Emplacement idéal en plein centre d’Avignon. La place de parking. Appartement fonctionnel, des rangements. Et l’accueil sympathique de la propriétaire.

Un tout petit détail… une poubelle dans la salle de bains serait bien.

주차장이 딸린 지상층의 아파트 숙소로 렌트해서 다니던 여행객에게 아늑한 집을 느낄 수 있는 좋은 숙소였습니다. 부엌에 식기류 모두 있어 수월하게 식사를 만들어 먹었고, 세탁기 사용도 되서 완벽한 곳이였습니다. 쓰레기 배출장도 멀지 않고 걸어서 아비뇽 구석구석 여행할 수 있는 위치로 완벽했습니다! 이 곳의 숙박을 늘리고 주변 소도시를 여행해도 좋을 것 같습니다. 숙소 근방 료무소식급 같은게 있어 정오 시간 근처에만 이동을 자제하면 좋을 것 같습니다.

보증금, 린넨비와 청소비를 현금으로 준비해야합니다만 숙소 근처 5분이내에 ATM이 있었습니다!
