Fantastic breakfast and wonderful staff.

Excellent breakfast and wonderful staff. Great selection of food and hot egg and bacon available for order. The staff also offers decaf coffee.

The rooms are a little spartan. They are clean and generally fine. However the rooms furniture is a little dated. Also, smoking is allowed on balconies and when your neighbors smoke it gets into your room.

This was an absolutely wonderful stay! I wish I had spent more than just two nights here because the hotel is truly special and run with great care and love! It's clear that the owners take pride in both the guests' experience and the property itself. You really feel like a member of the family. The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the lake—something that made every morning feel magical. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel also offers dinner and a bar, though unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to try them due to our short stay. Another great feature is the guest parking, which doesn’t require prior reservation. There's also a pool and plenty of space to relax, making the stay even more enjoyable. Definitely a place worth returning to!

The hotel is located a bit outside the center of Limone and the port, but I didn’t mind since I enjoy walking. The biggest downside is its position on a rather busy street, which slightly affects the experience of relaxing on the balcony. A small fridge in the room would also be a great addition.

Amazing stay in Limone with super clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

This place has really exceeded our expectations. Hotel itself with the views on the lake, with the garden and inner yard is so calming and beautiful. It is well maintained and rooms as well as the bathrooms were spotless, super clean. I would like to mention how friendly and attentive the staff was, especially Stefano. He gave us so many well thought recommendations and every place he mentioned was worth visiting. We are so grateful for this great stay and I would love to go back there.

Too high price not relevant for the quality and too simple breakfast again for the price. During the night the road noise made us difficult to sleep.

A great find

This hotel is very well located, a great view from the balcony room, a 5-minute walk to the beach and about 10-15 minute walk to the town. There are lots of restaurants around, and the hotel has the option to dine in as well. We did not do this, but if we had stayed longer, we would have - the food looked amazing. The staff were very helpful with tips of what to do in the area.

The cleanliness, the amability of the owners, the quality of the breakfast and coffee, the location (10 minutes to the center of Limone). We stayed only one night but it was memorable.

Perfect saty.

The staff was very kind, especially Stefano who helped us with every request. There is plenty of parking, the pool is great with a lovely view of the mountains. The breakfast is very good. The room was clean and with a view of the lake.

Cute family run hotel

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is very good and only around 10 minutes walk to the city center. The hotel is very clean. The dinner is amazing!! If you don’t try it u have missed out!

It is very close to the center and the beach. The room was very clean, but our balcony was not fully overlooking the lake. The staff was kind and helpful.

The breakfast could improve. The cakes and brioche tasted abit old on our second day.

Gentilezza e relax

La gentilezza e la disponibilità dell’intero staff si percepisce non appena varchi le porte dell’hotel. Ampi spazi esterni per prendersi dei momenti di relax (giardino con sdraio e piscina). Camera con balcone vista lago e montagna impagabile. Stanza davvero molto ampia e pulizie sempre perfette. Non trovi un granello di polvere neanche se ti metti a cercarlo con la lente. Cosa molto importante, vista la location, ho trovato i prezzi davvero molto onesti. Se lo si desidera c’è anche la possibilità di pranzare e cenare in hotel a prezzi appunto più che onesti. Ovunque ti giri ognuno ha un sorriso da offrirti: dal cuoco, al personale di sala, ai proprietari davvero top!

Super toller Aufenthalt

Alles top. Sehr familiäres Hotel an sehr guter Lage. Der Empfang vom Juniorchef war sehr warmherzig, sympathisch. Das Hotel liegt leicht erhöht mit schöner Sicht auf den Gardasee. Komfortables Bett, Zimmer großzügig. Super leckeres Frühstück, alles was das Herz begehrt. 5- 10 Minuten zu Fuss an den Gardasee. Jederzeit wieder....

Gefallen hat uns die familiäre Atmosphäre, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und der Poolbereich. Alles ist sauber und das Personal absolut motiviert und freundlich. Das Essen bekommt man in der Qualität nicht so häufig. Besonders zu empfehlen ist der Pool-Bereich. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und gut. Ein schönes kleines Hotel. Sehr großzügige gut ausgestattete Zimmer und eine sehr gute Küche. Es fehlte an nichts. Bad super sauber. Wir werden wieder kommen. Danke schön !!!!!!!!!!!!
