Excellent and friendly staff. They let us store luggage and gave us early check-in without a problem.
Breakfast was very good!
Location was central.
They don't mention it but the Check-in is done at cottini bakery downstairs
The room was a bit small and outdated. The washrooms were too small.

The location, the quaint little room and the lift! Wow so much history in the walls.
The staff were so friendly and helpful with every query we had and if they couldn’t help us they would find someone who could.
The food available was unbelievable and the waiter service could not be faulted either.
What a refreshing experience considering the lack of service etc in many places these days.
Please stay here you will not regret it!

The location was ok and the person who showed us to the room was nice, it was clean but the room was tiny. Breakfast looked nice in the cafe but we didn't eat there. It was in walking distance to some attractions which was useful and it was not far and the main station.
The separate bathroom was too small to move around in. The room was clean enough but the bed was smaller than a standard double and was not comfortable. No European plugs in the room which was inconvenient. It would have been fine for a single person for a night or two but I would not recommend this room for more than one person.
