Room was clean, there was air conditioning, bathroom was clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. There was a coffee station with cookies and treats in the lobby. Good location, close to Roma Termini. Good value for money.
You could hear when people talked in the lobby, but it was momentarily. Not consistently loud.

The location of the hotel was great and within walking distance to many of the sites. There were tea/coffee making facilities available in the room which was replenished daily. The rooms were clean and the staff were lovely.
There was minimal soundproofing between the rooms themselves, so could hear noises especially from the nearby road overnight. The check in was self service but there was a receptionist available on occasions. It would have been helpful to have given times to know when to expect someone and to leave a note re: breakfast arrangements.

We stayed one night, after arriving late at night from the airport (as it is very close to Termini station). Easy communication, easy self check-in. Clean and comfortable for a short stay. Good soundproofing. Having tea and coffee in the room was nice. We were also able to leave our luggage until we had to continue our journey which was also convenient.

The location was great. Close to everything within walking distance.
I found it very noisy all night. Did not sleep very much so 10 am check out was way to early.
