Disappointed in Asti

The breakfast was appalling. The buffet had very little on display and was guarded by a fearsome lady. There was no hot food and basically it was very poor! The Staff tried to be helpful when I pointed out that we would have expected to have tea & coffee facilities in the room. The beds had sheets and a blanket where we would have expected to have duvets.. It was just very disappointing.

Great location and service...just not the most pretty to look at!

Fantastic location. Free parking nearby. Room was a good size, but hotel, in general, very outdated. The front desk staff, namely Nacho, was so helpful and welcoming. I would stay there again just because of the service he provided...calling a restautrant to find us a reservation on a busy night...and giving us suggestions. He was wonderful!!! Also, really can't beat the location!

Great location with helpful staff and large clean rooms.

Location was the best! Front desk staff spoke English and that was so helpful because we only spoke “Hi and Bye” in Italian. The front desk staff was accommodating and all of them at different shifts were very helpful.

My Room were big, clean and quiet. Overall service was great and I had a large balcony!

The staff was extremely careful friendly and attentive.

The bathtub was dirty. I had to clean it before. There were two dead insects. There was hair in my bed also.

Great stay

Asti is a old city and buildings as well The hotel was ok, old inside but clean, room was old furnitures but in a good manner, you can see the bathroom has been renovated and was very cleaned. I was satisfied as I cancelled another hotel stay because the staff have been rude by phone call, so I booked Rainero at the last minute. Also has a great central position of Asti CBD. I have been very happy with Rainero Hotel

Our 4 day visit to Asti was wonderful.

Oh we loved this little hotel. Very close to the railway station ( a few minutes walk) and just as close to the city centre. Our room was cosy, clean and comfortable, and the staff very friendly. A small fridge in the room for our drinks was a bonus. The romm was cleaned every day. A delightful hotel in a delightful city!

Acceptable pour une nuit

L'emplacement est bien pour pouvoir visiter le centre ville. A voir c'est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est correct sans plus. Le parking à proximité (15 e quand même par jour) .

La chambre est petite très sommaire avec un mobilier très vetuste qui meriterait d'etre changé mais bonne literie tout de même. Pas de luminosite celle ci donnant sur un mur pas agréable du tout.

L'emplacement, assez proche de la gare et à deux pas du centre Bonne literie Propreté chambre et salle de bain Accueil de la charmante jeune fille à l'arrivée Le petit déjeuner est correct

On entend le bruit de la circulation La porte de la douche grince Attention à la salle petit déjeuner en sous-sol, il faut descendre un escalier, même s'il y a quelque chose de prévu pour les personnes en situation d'handicap

Nulla, camere vecchie con mobili vecchi, vetri singoli. Stanze sporche con capelli (non miei) sulle lenzuola

Pubblicizzano il parcheggio ma la mia macchina non entrava ed ogni sera dovevo perdere 20 minuti,mezz’ora per trovare un parcheggio. Mentre ad altri ospiti con auto “grandi”, e persino ad una moto,hanno permesso di parcheggiare sul carico e scarico davanti all,hotel.

Recomendado.

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la estación de tren, se llega a pie en 5 minutos. Y cerca del centro también. El cuarto estaba limpio, la cama muy cómoda y el baño amplio y con buenas toallas. El A.A. no se puede regular, pero cuando el cuarto estaba muy frío abrí la ventana y el aire se apagó. Básico el desayuno pero de buena calidad. Todo el personal muy amable y profesional. Buena relación calidad -precio. Viajé solo con el trolley y no tuve problemas para abrirlo y apoyarlo.
