Lovely hostess, very helpful on our room etc but also on restaurants and taxi & organising very early breakfast in local cafe which she paid for. Quirky guildings with lits of nice touches. Great room & private balcony for our dog

A beautiful place close to Asti. Rosella is a very warm host and made us feel very welcome. The room was renovated and nice and clean. Nice view from the balcony. The breakfast was very good. Dinner made by Rosellas mother was very delicious. Location was prefect for visitng Torino, Asti, Baroli etc. Will come back for sure :)

Warm hearted B&B

The beautifull surroundings (gardens, pool, flowers and outdoor kitchen) give this old characterfull house and appartments a green, romantic vibe. Hard not to feel relaxed, here. Owner Rossela is a warm, charming lady, that lives the Italian good live, full with smiles, great coffee, fresh food and some Italian songs in the background

Some people could, maybe, argue that the road is a bit to near. You don’t see it, but you can hear it. We forgot about it in about five, oh no, in one minute.

Good

The host Rosella was very kind and helpful, she has good recommendations for vineyards around Asti. The place looks nice, very Italian and beautiful surroundings. Good and enough parking place at the accommodation.

The accommodation is not near the city center and therefore, if you want to go anywhere you need to go with your car, it’s not possible to walk. Prices to eat or drink something at the B&B are high for Italian standards, we had lunch just a simple small pasta which costs €13 pp. A bottle of wine or a cocktail is expensive compared to most Italian places. We didn’t expect this at such a friendly, family-owned place. Be careful that you will only be able to pay with cash at the end of your stay. And don’t put your bag on the ground in the dining/breakfast area nor near the swimming pool as the dogs pee everywhere!

The property is conveniently situated for exploring the region. Large gardens, a good sized pool and extremely friendly, helpful and courteous owners. A real family business which goes above and beyond when it comes to giving their guests a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The warm feel, the privacy, the service, the swimmingpool, the beautiful garden, the food, the overall feeling of being welcome. Also the location is perfect to explore Torino and Milano and everything in between. The hosts were incredibly nice and did everything they could possibly do to give us a fantastic week!!!

Bella Villarella di Rossella

Il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e conoscere Asti e dintorni, soprattutto in questa epoca del mercatino di Natale. Ampio parcheggio, buona colazione con torta fatta in casa, camere calde (siamo andati in inverno), giardini belli per i cani e l'accoglienza di Rossella ci hanno fatto sentire come in famiglia

Che faceva freddo e non abbiamo potuto usare la piscina, ma torneremo in estate

Una bella casa in mezzo alla natura

Innanzitutto la cordialità di Rossella. Ci è piaciuta la posizione molto tranquilla e il fascino dellla cascina, trasuda ancora antico ma alloggiando comunque nel modernità. La colazione ottima, a partire dalla fantastica torta di mele fatta in casa.

Una struttura familiare nel verde in prossimità di Asti

La struttura è nel verde della collina, pur essendo velocemente accessibile dalla statale. È un posto tranquillo, arredato con gusto e la proprietaria è molto disponibile e simpatica. La collezione è abbondante, varia e di ottima qualità, con anche marmellate e torte fatte in casa. Molto comodo il letto.

Può non essere facile imboccare la provinciale che porta al B&B dal raccordo delle varie statali e tangenziale della zona. Io infatti di sera ho rischiato di perdermi.

La gentillesse et l'accueil exceptionnel de Rossella, la propreté de la chambre et la literie confortable, la déco et le calme du coin extérieur, sans oublier le petit déjeuner très bon et très copieux !!!

Le bruit en fin d'après-midi à cause de la proximité de l'autoroute et c ertains équipements veillissants... Cependant on n'entend plus rien la nuit, dans la chambre

Heerlijk verblijf!

Iedere ochtend werd voorzien in een goed verzorgd ontbijt opgediend in de tuin. De gastvrouw, Rossella, heeft een warme persoonlijkheid die bijdraagt aan een sfeervol, gemoedelijk verblijf. Na een dag je op pad te zijn geweest, bleek de airco in het appartement een uitkomst en is het heerlijk om in het zwembad af te kunnen koelen. De locatie ligt centraal voor dagjes uit om de omgeving te verkennen. Het mooie stadje Asti is per auto in ca 5 tot 10 minuten bereikbaar. Alba en verscheidene andere bezienswaardige plaatsen in de omgeving, zijn goed aan te rijden. Turijn en Genua zijn vanuit Asti bovendien ook per trein rechtstreeks verbonden en prima voor een dagtrip.

Un’oasi della natura a due minuti dal centro di Asti… Il posto molto accogliente e pulito e una colazione molto abbondante…volendo a richiesta c’è la possibilità di mangiare….molto attenta e premurosa l’host Rossellana….ritornerò molto volentieri…ideale per rilassarsi

Fijn en ongedwongen verblijf met het gevoel van een Italiaanse villa.

We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen in het Italiaanse landhuis. We konden in het Engels en Frans met de eigenaresse communiceren. Er waren nu een aantal kittens wat de kinderen fantastisch vonden. ‘ Avonds konden we mee eten met een heerlijke pasta pesto van het huis!

De ligging is dicht bij de snelweg wat je ook vanuit de slaapkamer kunt horen. Verder was het zwembad net gerepareerd dus stond het water laag. Het tuin was verwilderd en het tuinmeubilair wat rommelig.

Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Nähe zu einer Schnellstraße, so dass man einen ständigen Verkehrs-Lärmpegel um sich hatte.

Super!

Dat Rossella super haar best doet om jou een relaxte vakantie te geven. Alles word goed schoongemaakt. Wij hadden de balkonsuite geboekt en deze heeft een groot privé balkon waar je lekker buiten kunt zitten. De kamer zelf is lekker groot. Er zit ook net een water groter koelkastje in dan je normaal op een hotel kamer hebt. De ligging is net buiten Asti op zo’n 4 KM. Wij hadden onze fietsen bij ons wat het wel gemakkelijk maakt. Maar als je het niet erg vind om te rijden met de auto ben je ook binnen 10 minuten in Asti centrum.
