hotel was ok

Neighborhood was dumpy and we were warned not to walk very far. Therefore only one restaurrant! none in the hotel, except breekie. Awful stay, sorry not warned!

Breakfast was very very good. A lot of options!! Personnel was very very responsible, kind and helpful with everything we needed.

I wish they could have a water dispenser for guests due the high temperatures. It's very easy to get dehydrate.

Good hotel, simple and quite, lovely staff

Location was good. I would like to see at least one shopping mall in the area. Also, since the hotel do not provide laundry service we could not even find that service in the area.

breakfast is excellent. however, Chef Cooker should introduce diversification. We had the hall week scrambled eggs + sausages (no change att all)

Good

The room was great, with an air-conditioning, huge bath tub and a very small sauna. It was clean and big. Breakfast started early, so a great start to explore Rio. The garage fitted our 2,10m car just right, which was great as the neighborhood is not the best.

We would have liked a desk in the room. There was enough space for it. Also we specifically asked not to clean our room because we had a lot of valuables lying around (there was a safe, but this wasn't big enough for our stuff) and they still came in our room.... There was no sign to put on the door unfortunately.

Great value hotel with excellent staff and a tasty breakfast.

Staff was excellent (they were quick to respond to every request and were very helpful), breakfast was tasty, great value hotel. Nice looking rooms.

The AC unit didn't have knobs which made it very hard to turn on. But maintenance brought some pliers to turn the knob. Rooms a little small. Towels a little thin. Location not the best but it's close to basic necessities.

You can also order food and drinks any time you want. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Across the street there is a mini market in case you want to buy different stuff. The location is safe.

The Wi-fi was pretty unstable.

Nice hotel but the bubble bath needs improvement

Nice staff, enjoyable breakfast.

Bubble bath engine is really too much noisy. You turn it on, basically you can hardly relax. Considering that's mainly that room extra value and cost, I was personally disappointed.

A great place to stay

Everything was amazing! The receptionist was very kind. The room was comfortable and clean. Everything was working well. The breakfast was delicious. In general, it was a great experience for a good price.
