The sea view from the swimming pool; with good service at the pool
Decent rooms (a little tight for 3 persons).
Need to drive by car/taxi to the city center for restaurant and shops.
Dolphin swim-trip was amazing; same as visit to various water falls.
Ordered twice the same menu, first was perfect, second not good.
Breakfast was limited in options, had to pay extra for a coffee.

It’s a beautiful place outside of Lovina, with a nice seaview and a perfect pool for swimming. They have many offers for balinese massages, dolphin tour, driver, and a shuttle to Lovina.
The food at the restaurant was okay but not great.

What I really appreciated during my stay at Hamsa Hotel was the thoughtful service from the kitchen staff—they kindly prepared and delivered breakfast to our room even though we arrived late at around 11:30 after watching the dolphins, going above and beyond to accommodate us.
I was disappointed with Hamsa Hotel due to the unclear entrance signage, which made it difficult to find the entrance at night despite using Google Maps; the lack of in-room phones prevented me from requesting a wake-up call; and during checkout, I was unexpectedly charged an additional 3% for card payment—only after complaining was I allowed to pay via QRIS without the extra fee.

Underrated place. Villa's are spatious, nice, clean and cozy. The view is stunning, you can watch sunsets here, the pool is nice, the staff are friendly. It's a quiet getaway you don't want to leave. We absolutely loved our stay here.

The room was lovely - and we were the only ones there the first night! Beautiful and what a view!
Pool - great and great view!
The food was ok - the steak wasn't great but nasi goreng was nice :)
We didn't have breakfast.
The staff - great - from hotel workers who didn't have much English, to the drivers - awsome!
The location is about 15 minutes uphill from the centre - and they don't always have a driver. Finding a taxi was hard!

This place feels like paradise. The view, the pool, the food, everything was very good. The room was really clean.
At our first night, we arrived a litte bit late, but there was still the posibility to have a great meal at the restaurant. the lovely staff member Yoga did everything to make us feel at home directly. He even made our table look even more beautiful.

It was very peaceful, with a beautiful outlook, the pool was lovely, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was also very tasty, and the meals were always well presented.
There were limited items on the food menu, and the drinks menu was also limited.

Stunning view overlooking Lovina.

The location forces one to relax with no distractions . The swimming pool is extremely social in its depth snd length for swimming.
The bungalows are very private and light coming from all directions
Frustrating not to try out other nearby restaurants (all too far away) but a driver available to visit Lovina for Rp75

Affordable
Staff were super lovely and helpful
Arrived at 1.20pm dripping wet from the rain, told our room wasn’t ready. Go wait in the restaurant and at 2pm all keys ‘handed out’ was really odd (surely ONE room was ready that we could have used given the state we arrived in??)
Cleanliness was questionable
We stayed in cabin 10 and the shower was filth!
So much so I bought my own bleach for town and cleaned it. Something rolled under the bed and I had to collect it - I won’t EVEN go into that!
Each room need a THOROUGH deep clean.
Gardens are not well maintained and nothing like the pictures. Whilst the pool does look over the ocean (115 minutes away) the unkept gardens in between really drag the place down!
All in all, more a backpacker hostel than a hotel.

The view is nice as well as the infinity pool. The hotel is more recommendable for couples who want to have their complete privacy.
If you want to see Lovina or spend time there, eat out there, you should be prepared with the difficulties to get a car or scooter service who is willing to pick you up. We didn’t find a car picking us up from there and though had to take the transfer service from the hotel is overpriced compared to Gojek or grab fares. Getting up again and finding transport in Lovina to get back was possible but took a long time. They’re also offering to rent a scooter at the hotel but driving the steep and small road up, especially at night, is quite dangerous. The wifi was bad.

Bungalows separated well, great landscaping
Of four guests checking out, all of our invoices were wrong with our expenses doubled. We had to recalculate each invoice to show their error.

The views from this hotel are amazing! Every room had a sea view. The infinity pool was amazing as well and it was never too busy to sunbathe. Also the food at the restaurant was beautiful and the staff were all really friendly and helpful.
It’s quite difficult to get to and it’s 75k to get down to the beach using the hotels transport, which compared to other towns in Bali is quite expensive.

It's the first place in Bali where the pillows are without sights of mould, very impressive. I suppose because the manager from France the hotel is in a good shape.
A bit of unstable internet and a noisy area because of neighbours and reconstruction nearby

Lovely hotel the best parts were:
- the pool (stunning views, big pool)
-the restaurant food (some of the best food we have had in Bali!)
-the staff, so friendly and helpful. Cannot fault them at all.
-the lovely dogs who love a good fuss.
-good parking for cars and bikes.
-the rooms were big as were the beds. The rooms were also clean and neat.
-there was no TV in the room which to some people would be absolutely fine so don’t let it put you off. We just enjoy TV on the evening.
-loads of bugs, but you’re in the mountains so nothing can be done about that.
-the wifi was poor and often didn’t work.
-the bed only had a thin sheet to sleep under so I woke up very cold in the night. It was too hot to fall asleep without the air con.

Staff were very friendly, attentive, welcoming and helpful. The view from the pool amazing and very relaxing. The bungalow was nice and comfortable.
Food was very delicious (just please, add Balinese coffee to your meniu not just in the breakfast time. It is nice to try not only local food but local coffee as well). We liked this place a lot and enjoyed every minute. Thank you for the great time!
