    I have never seen better hotel than Luxury although we travel a lot. Great variety of food at the breakfast. Süper nice pool. Beautiful beach just belongs to customers. Especially the staff from the main land reception to the island-exceptionally magnificent. You never feel lost, guide you and make you feel home. Rooms were so good, clean and cleaned and taken care of every minute of our staying. Welcome staff Ms. Hein took care of us initially and during our stay together with other stuff she/they never left us alone, filled with info and showed their enthusiasm. Also all workers were so nice and respectful from the driver to the gardeners. Because we had a late flight, Ms. Hein offered us stay at the hotel after checkout and enjoy till we our journey ends here. She was so cute and make us feel we are her family not the customer. ❤️ Head chief DUYEN was something you cannot describe her kindness with words. She made an exceptional Bahn-mi sandwich which was not on the breakfast counter just for us the first morning-so kind and flattering. The day we were checking out, she found us and offered to prepare those delicious Bahn-mis again to take away. She packed it and added fruits with them. How come you don't feel special..We love everything about our staying at Luxury Hotel Nha Trang. Definitely recommend and come again. ❤️❤️❤️

    The property offers excellent facilities, especially the pool, and the staff are very attentive and helpful. However, the rooms cleanliness could be improved, as there were chicken bones and stones from fruits were found on floor. The location isn't very walkable with limited transport and shopping options nearby. Overall, it provides serenity and good value for folks who are like quietness and away from the crowd.
