World Tea Resort Nha Trang - Formerly by Paradise Resort

Our room was very nice and comfortable. Everything is very luxurious. The resort was almost empty the first days, which we enjoyed. Staff was friendly and helpful

It is not finished yet, so there was not a lot to do. Which would be fine if the boat options to the maijland are not too limited. Prices for drinks and food are high with not a lot of choice and no markets on the island.

The hotel is brand new, rooms are very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. We booked it for two days and extended it to three days. Sea view was amazing, rooms are very luxury, couldn’t expect more. We enjoyed our 5 star stay. Specially thanks to reception staff. On last day when we were leaving early they prepared a take away and even coffee at last minute. Internet was good and reliable as well.

The facilities which are completely new, the comfort and size of the rooms, the beach, … but more importantly the staff doing its outmost to please us

The restaurant. It was not bad but as it is a private island there are no other restaurants or stores so you have to take all your meals at the hotel. To keep its10/10 rating, the extent of the choices and the quality will need to be improved. also when the hotel will be at fiull cacpacity (400 rooms and 15 villas vs 100+ today) , they should invest in fish tanks with live fishes, gambas, lobsters as you see in many restaurants in Vitenam

Tôi hài lòng với mọi thứ ở đây. Tất cả đều mới, sạch sẽ, chất lượng tốt. Không gian rất tuyệt vời. Nhân viên rất dễ thương, luôn vui vẻ, nhẹ nhàng, lịch sự hỗ trợ khách. Các bữa ăn có giá cả vừa phải, chất lượng thực phẩm rất tốt; đầu bếp có tay nghề cao.

Cơ bản tôi không có gì không hài lòng ở đây. Nếu có thì chỉ còn một chút chưa thực sự hoàn hảo. Đó là bãi tắm Paradise hôm tôi ở nước hơi cạn và bãi cát hơi dốc nhưng hoàn toàn không ảnh hưởng gì đến chất lượng tổng thể ở đây. Tôi đã sang bãi Sỏi gần đó để tắm và thấy rất tuyệt vời.
