My family and I have booked Marriott three times over the past 12 months through Agoda. However, our most recent vacation was an extremely terrible experience.Extremely tedious and time-consuming check-in process: We had to wait for over 45 minutes to check in and receive our room cards at the cable car station. Upon arriving at the Marriott on Hon Tre Island around 2:00 PM, we had to queue up again for another 30 minutes. The receptionist informed us that our room was not ready and told us to wait for their call. My family then went to the pool area until 3:30 PM, after which we returned and stood in line for another 30 minutes just to check on the room status. It was exhausting and frustrating to queue up three separate times just for the check-in process. Furthermore, even though it was past the official 3:00 PM check-in time, no one contacted us regarding our room allocation. We were left waiting without any guidance or a dedicated line for guests who had already checked in and were simply waiting to receive their keys.Poor housekeeping service: We stayed for three nights. The housekeeping staff did not change our bedsheets, nor did they replenish our toothbrushes, toothpaste, or drinking water. On one of the days, we returned from our outing after 3:00 PM only to find that our room had not been cleaned and there was no drinking water available. When my wife called to inquire, the hotel responded that due to a high volume of new arrivals, they prioritized cleaning rooms for incoming guests. They implied that since we were staying for three days, our room cleaning was not a priority.Uncomfortable breakfast experience: During breakfast, several staff members kept approaching to ask if the food was fine. I was asked the same question by 2 to 3 different employees throughout a single meal. Worse, some staff members had expressions that made me feel like I was receiving charity food, rather than enjoying a breakfast that I paid for and should have been able to enjoy comfortably without interruption.Disappointing service overall: I chose Marriott Hon Tre because of its brand reputation and service quality. However, the service and staff attitude here were highly unprofessional. I will definitely not choose to stay here again.

Villa 2 Ngủ cho 5 người lớn. GĐ đi 2NL3TE bị phụ thu thêm 1 bé trẻ em. DV đưa đón sân bay, chiều nay vào ko đúng ngày đặt phòng ks ko đón. Chiều về thì kêu phụ thu 1 bé giá 270k. Gđ ko đồng ý thì lại miễn phí. Nói chung dịch vụ ko xứng đáng số tiền bỏ ra. Villa thì rộng rãi. Nhưng đứng chờ xem điện và mua đồ ăn mang về phòng bị lâu. Cụ thể chờ 3 món mất 45p. Nói chung sẽ ko quay lại.
