Vinpearl Resort & Spa Nha Trang Bay

The pool (although closes at 7pm) and private beach were amazing.

Lack of food choices.

The best part of the hotel was that there were plenty of activities for my kids to enjoy. The free access to vinwonders is soooo best.

The staff were generally not very welcoming, and some of them didn’t even smile or greet guests, which made the service feel cold and impersonal. The buggy transfer system was also quite tiring and inconvenient, especially when traveling with young children. Having to change buggies made getting around the resort more difficult than it should have been. As Muslim guests, we also found the dining options to be limited and not particularly Muslim-friendly, making it challenging to find suitable meals.

The staffs in the reception hall (in mainland) were very nice but the staffs at the hotel in the island weren’t nice as same as in mainland. The view is stunning anw

We were staying in the villa. It had 3 rooms, so 2 adults and 3 kids had enough space. Breakfasts are okay, amenities are nice.

Most of the staff are tired and aggressive. Sometimes rude. You will not find vietnamese hospitality in this hotel or on the VinWonders island in general. Everything is very practical and like an assembly line. It is only worth living in the hotels on the island if you plan to spend most of your time in the park. Otherwise stay away - there are much better hotels in the area.
