Staff were really helpful and tried very hard . Pool was good for children . Suites and villas were spacious and comfortable.
Staff were great at relocating us when we paid for an upgrade
The original room purchased was very poor - smelled of mould / had mouldy bathroom blind & shower. Headboard dirty ,lamp broken and had been scribbled all over by a child. all the walls through out the hotel really needed painting badly scratched and worn . Hotel needs a lot of maintenance .

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thami, I hope I got her name right, at the front desk helped us deal with a small issue in our room and was very helpful. The swimming pool staff and the restaurant staff are also very helpful and try to make this holiday better.
The hotel is quite dated and a bit smelly. The is a bad smell on the tables, the beds and the sheets. The carpet in the corridor has a bad smell and looks dirty. The food is a hit and miss, one day it was good, the next day it was below average.
