I loved the friendly team who wel owed me to The Royal Oak, Tamsin, Abbie and Libby were amazing as I checked in and then supported me to access the Garden Room and prepare for our Party the next day. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped.
One little thing, which was out of the hosts control was the lack of consideration by the next door room guests who were very late and noisy to bed and made significant noise at 5 am as well.

Food was very good and staff always seemed to be smiling and were very attentive . Very large selection for breakfast .
The fridge in the cupboard was not switched on when we arrived and seemed to have a foot missing as it was lopsided and wobbly . When we switched on the the fridge it became very warm due to being in a cupboard so needs better ventilation .
The shower had signs of mold and the metal baskets for holding shower gels etc were rusty .
