    There was a literal rat in the corridor, I don’t think anything more needs to be said ….. although the staff were really friendly and helpful

    Nice hotel, close off the M1 so perfect for quick stay. Room is nice size. Did smell a little damp on the day but otherwise it was nice.

    Very close to Loughborough campus. Everything you need for a short stay. Hot water supply is sometimes funny, the temperature in the shower was too low.

    An excellent and clean dining area and the breakfast was a good choice and very well prepared. The room was a little dated and the carpets could all do with being renewed! Worth the cost ????
