Friendliness of staff. Very clean.
Not being able to get into the main gate after eating dinner off campus - a warning about the buzzer would have helped.

It was on a low floor easy to get to.
We had a massive cobweb in the room.I didn’t like we had 2 rooms so our son who is 15 was in a room on his own.We could of had a camp bed put into our some but came with an additional charge I thought we were getting a suite as we had booked previously.The room was very warm didn’t have a good nights sleep.

No air con which wasn’t disclosed would think in today’s world that would be a norm
And the room wasn’t in the best condition paint work decore etc
