This property is exceptional, the whole staff, facilities, location and rooms are outstanding. We travelled as a family and the team went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, making a huge effort with our little girl. This is our 2nd time here and it was a beautiful luxurious end to our trip to Thailand

Nothing, everything was perfect

There’s something that washes over you as you spend more time at this resort. The staff is beyond outstanding and the food and rooms are so perfect for the setting. Staffers Vava and Guide were stand out but the young man on the beach was outstanding. His smile will stick with me all the way home. All the beach staff was wonderful. We traveled with our 19 and 21 year old kids and we all thought the resort was magic. Thank u!!!!

Everything! The location is gorgeous, villas are very confortable and well decorated. The outside double bathtub is the best! The restaurant itself is worth coming. Everyone in the staff is kind and takes amazing care of you. I wish we could have stayed longer, and already dream of coming back.

EVERYTHING! Our Villa (Haven Suite) was absolutely incredible - spacious, clean, extravagant, and only a 15 second walk to the beach. The rest of the resort was stunning. A perfect mix of jungle and ocean, luxury and minimalism, affluence and local culture. My husband and I LOVED the spa/sauna and were constantly surprised that no one else was using it. The staff was the friendliest of anywhere we’ve ever been, we had such a good time talking to all of them. We will absolutely be back!

Well maintained and blending with nature. The access to the beach is incredible with a great view of the sunset. Amazing service, shoutout to Nan and Laila, who made our stay absolutely incredible and Ten who welcomed us very kindly. The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained with kind and attentive staff. Breakfast by the beach is a special way to wake up.

Everything was amazing. The beach, room, restaurant, service. Loved it. The beach is beautiful and quiet, so relaxing. Genuinely had the best lunch/dinners at the Thai restaurant and we are big foodies! The whole resort was just generally a lovely vibe!

The buffet breakfast was amazing, the property was reserved and quiet with a quiet beach. 2 dinner restaurant options was also amazing. The staff would take care of you before you even had to ask and were very polite.

I don’t think there’s anything to dislike about this resort! We stayed for 9 days and happily could’ve stayed for longer. It is idyllic, in a beautiful location and the hotel itself is so beautifully done. You can see the care that goes into all aspects of it, from the architecture of the room to the incredible staff (everyone was so lovely and consistently went behind to make our stay lovely!) The food at both restaurants was delicious, and the breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. Our highlight would definitely be booking a longtail boat over to Koh Hong - a must do! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay

Wonderful Breakfast - fresh food, many options. Staff are exceptional - very helpful. Loved the yoga and pilates classes - different levels are catered for. Amazing view of the Hong Islands. Great pool. We wanted a "do nothing" relaxing holiday and this was perfect.

Stunning location both on the fantastic uncrowded beach with stunning views and the low rise traditional style and setting amongst the trees. Well laid out to enhance uncrowded and tropical feel. Rooms were well appointed with great bathrooms. 2 good restaurants on site with easy access to a few more off property within short walking distance down the beach. Probably the greatest feature of the hotel are the attentive staff. Warm, friendly and welcoming whatever their role. Everyone went out of their way to ensure you had a fabulous stay. We can't praise them enough and we shall miss them all, especially the lovely waitress "Guide" who always had a smile for us and brightened the day.

The hotel has a stunning beach front setting which is popular. The staff do a great job of keeping it clean and tidy but could also be tasked to remove towels from loungers when guests have clearly just left them to reserve a space but are not using them. Whilst not a major issue, when it rains there isn't really anywhere to take shelter and relax other than sitting at a table in the restaurant/bar or retreating to your room.

Amazing hotel.

A day after the booking was made and a month before our scheduled arrival, we asked to cancel, as we were not sure if we can arrive due to a war that has started in our region. Nothing helped. They did not agree to cancel. We asked twice, and very politely... A place that believes in its value, should cancel per the customer request, especially if the request came just after the booking was made, and more than a month before the actual arrival.

I honestly loved everything: the boutique resort has beautiful small houses surrounded by trees and it is located on Tubkaak beach. Everything there proves good taste and attention to details. I found the rooms to be perfect, with everything we needed (I was travelling with my husband and kids, aged 13 and 9). The spa was very good, same for the restaurants or the gym. The breakfast was fantastic, and I would rate the same the employees, who were very nice and helpful. More than this, it is located on the most beautiful beach in Krabi - we were also to Railay and AoNang and, in my opinion, Tubkaak is more beautiful. I am very happy to have discovered this beautiful place and in my next holiday to Thailand I will definitely return here. In my mind, it is connected to the best relaxing time I have ever had.

Everything was amazing. The staff were so lovely and wanted everyone to enjoy their stay. The spa treatments were the best we've ever had. We loved the chrysanthemum tea! Such a beautiful hotel and location. We felt instantly relaxed. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Dinner also lovely. Great location for sunsets. One of the best places we've stayed. Just gorgeous!

It was clean and peaceful!

Location is very good, with an incredible beach and amazing views to the local islands. Accommodation is very clean and well maintained, the ground staff are attentive and polite.

Noise on the first night, even though we effectively had a villa-style accommodation with a private pool, we were not impressed by this or the lack of effort on the part of the hotel to make up for this. They were also cutting down a tree on the Sunday (which I would’ve assumed would be one of their busier days?) and although they had mentioned this to us upon arrival, this is the type of thing we would like to know in advance of staying as this seriously hindered our ability to enjoy the stay on the Sunday, which was one of only 2 full days we were staying at the resort. They did not attempt to make up for this in other ways. I would not consider the resort (in terms of the money paid for accommodation, or the food or services that can be purchased onsite) good value for money compared to what Thailand generally has to offer.

WOW this resort is truly amazing. Everything from the people, design, food, etc. was incredible. I have never really stayed in a resort where you don’t need to leave and I would 1000% do it again. They have so many activities like morning yoga, paddle boarding, beach games, bikes, and more. Both restaurants were so delicious and the breakfast was amazing - fresh made juice every morning! There’s also a hike nearby that goes to a waterfall. We also had the BEST sunsets every night.

Only downside, that I didn’t really see as a downside, is that it’s quite a drive (30 min) from Krabi and a little further to the airport. But it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle and just relax.
