Ok hotel next to the beach but not worth the price.

The hotel was next to a quiet beach which was nice and the room was big. Pool was nice.

The breakfast was ok, but too many dishes that were all a bit ”mushy”. And very little vegetarian options in the warm dishes. Eggs and fruits ok. Would have been nice to have the possibility to eat breakfast closer to the beach and not in a school type eatery. Some of the personnel were nice but did not feel that the personnel working in the reception were very helpful or service-minded. The hotel markets it has a gym, but everything in it is broken and it is very small and not especially nice or fresh. Feels like the hotel has been a bit abandoned and the public areas are all a bit ran down and needs renovation.

We all had a great time but ate out most of time

Beautiful views and wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Always smiling welcoming. Christmas night dinner was very enjoyable and the staff made a great effort. We were with family and everyone had a great time.

The food was not great and expensive by Thai standards. The cocktails were good but also expensive.

Nice exterior with great potential but poor management.

The hotel complex from outside looks amazing; beautiful garden, cascading building style all the way down to the beach. The waiting area when you check in lets you expect a luxe resort, BUT…

The interior and furniture of the first room we got was very old and teared down. At first rain, we got water entering the bedroom. The staff was friendly and tried to resolve, but unfortunately they came to fix it two days later. The next night we had rats in the ceiling and we were transferred to another room, which was much better. Other than all the other places on our trip in Thailand, the staff was not that helpful and friendly. And usually they are not to blame because this is a sign of bad management. If the owner / management just wants to make money and fails to give their staff a vision - something worth to work for - this is what happens. I bet the payment is very low and the treatment poor. I strongly suggest to the owners of the property to do something about that and this is to start with their own culture and mindset. Create a culture of serving and excellence, not just making money.

A great stay, lovely location, right on the beach, very relaxing

Peaceful location, we got a great room, just a few steps from the pool and the beach, stunning views from the beach. Rooms were very nice, comfortable beds, large space with plenty of storage and a large bathroom with jacuzzi bath and good size shower area too. Really liked the style of the room.

Only interested in your money …. Poor service

I booked this as a treat for my daughter and friend who have been backpacking around Thailand as a Christmas treat.

On Christmas Day they had issues with WiFi and missed a meal booking so ate in hotel restaurant instead. They ate different dishes (both cooked). Five hours later my daughter’s friend became very unwell with food poisoning, they sort medical assistance and admitted to a clinic for IV and medication. The hotel only refunded the one meal and made them check out on time saying they needed room for incoming guest, no effort made to help at all. Very very poor service. For context they have been backpacking since Nov staying in hostels and eating in cheaper restaurants, with no issues. The source of the food poisoning was a chicken red curry, so chicken must have been off or not cooked through. We will be raising the issue with the FSA in Thailand

Well-run resort hotel on a beautiful, tranquil beach.

We had a large room with a terrace and a great view of the bay. Lovely beach location, tranquil, with very limited boat traffic. We booked an early longtail boat to Hong Island directly from the captain (Oh, see pic) on the beach. It's only 20 minutes away so you can beat the boats coming from more distant locations. Breakfast was great. Sunset happy hour at the beachfront bar was too, and the food there was good also. Pool was large and clean. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Serenity at last!

Beautiful, quiet beachfront location. Lovely swimming pool. Our room was large and the bed very comfortable, with a view of the sea. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Happy hour at the beach bar at sunset was great. It was easy to arrange a long tail boat, booked directly from the captain on the beach, to pick us up in the morning and take us out to Hong Island, just a 20 minute ride. Which offers all the beauty of Phi Phi Le with half the crowds.

Lovely hotel in amazing location in Krabi!

The location of Anyavee Tubkaek Beach is located is incredible - it's both quite remote and therefore super quiet, but at the same time you can get to activities and Ao Nang quite easily with a short drive. The hotel is located literally on the beach and the beach is super quiet, clean and nice with a view to the islands. The staff is super pleasant ant helpful. They have great spa and great massages. Breakfast, restaurants and even cocktails are quite decent.

The main drawback of this hotel is that it has aged and could use some renovation - but staff compensates for hotels dated facilities.

What can I say! This place is amazing! I have been here three times. My most recent trip I brought a friend and when she got sick, they took care of her like she was family. They took her temperature, brought her medicine, and gave her a dark room to rest in while we waited to go to the airport later in the evening. The breakfast is excellent, and the views are unbelievable. They have a great selection in their restaurant for food. Another great thing is that you can hop on a long tail down on the beach and go to another many islands, or you can arrange a guided trip with the hotel themselves. This is a perfect place if you’re looking to unwind and relax and be away from the crowds and many tourists you’ll find closer to the city 10/10!

Great view of the Andaman Sea from the room. Room was a good size. As it was low season for the first two days had the resort to myself. The beach attached to the resort is excellent.

Nice resort on an amazing beach

Tubkaek beach is absolutely fantastic! The hotel benefits from a gorgeous view on the sea with the small islands of the Phang Nga bay. Sunsets are stunning! Clean big rooms with confortable beds and nice view. We liked the jacuzzi on the balcony. Excellent breakfast still with the view on the bay. Staff was nice and helpful.

Some facilities could be renovated. The swimming pool is quite old and not as good as before (jacuzzi in the pool no longer working).

Beach is stunning as is the mature trees and fauna that blend the resort in with its beautiful natural surroundings.

After 2 years of COVID some areas could do with a lick of paint but this did not distract from the overall feel of relaxed luxury

Accommodation in the hotel was very nice, nice staff always ready to answer your questions, breakfast standard hot and cold buffet, excellent fruit especially watermelon and dragon fruit. I was very pleased with the pleasant live music in the evening at the restaurant on the beach. A quiet beach with a wonderful view. I recommend renting a scooter and driving around the neighboring villages. The perfect destination for Dragon Crest National Park.

Perfect romantic stay!

Absolutely fantastic location on a peaceful beach away from the main hub of Krabi. The property is stunning and great value for the price! We were staying as part of our honeymoon and received an upgrade to the pool facing room which was a really nice surprise. Loved loved love the breakfast! The whole resort had such a great atmosphere - perfection!

Superb

Staff was great, restaurant had high Quality, the spa really great, rooms were fantastic. I loved the smell at the hotel. Tupkaek beach is a real paradise as not so much people as for instance Ao Nang.

Only thing lacking were more and better sunbeds, bean bags etc on the beach. The places nearby had better there. I also got really tired of the music selection at the hotel and the live music

Fabulous most of the time

Loved the beach location, the friendly helpful staff, tha atmosphere. Loved the family room with 2 Queen bed layout, super cleanliness, and thoughtful touches such as umbrellas, carry bag,, toothbrushes, tissues, mosquito screens, plentiful sockets. Good breakfast choice, beautiful views across Andaman sea. On site spa (good but expensive).

No procedures to deal with rowdy guests, restaurant service haphazard with long waits for some items onthe same order. Room cleaning was unpredictable and between 3 and 6,just when one wanted to be in the room. Lots of stairs, no lifts. TV not working. Extension lead not working. Villas need maintenance.
