Amazing Hotel 200 m from a gondola!!

The breakfast was amazing. I really liked how each table was reserved for guests for breakfast. That was a nice touch to know where to sit. The front desk staff and the restaurant were all very pleasant and helpful. The food at breakfast was very delicious. The room was great. The pool and sauna area were amazing. Having a nice relaxing area to calm down after a day of skiing was wonderful.

I had a massage. The room is next to the play room where there were some children playing who were loud and having fun. It did not bother me, as children playing is relaxing to me. But I could see that it might be a bother to guests who are wishing a quiet environment.

See is nice place, room was spacious and clean.

Parking was overcrowded and staff was decent but they clearly lack more people. Receptionists literally running from checking in guets to serving food from kitchen. Not the best experience for >300€ / night.

Superb

The hotel staff were very accommodating when I arrived at the hotel well after the restaurant had closed. When I called to tell them I would be coming late, they offered to prepare a cold dish for me.

Entrance road to the hotel is a little hard to find. Also parking space is quite limited. There is an overflow parking area, but that also fills up quite fast. I was there during a school holiday, which is undoubtedly makes all the difference.

A decent place to stay in if you want to ski in Au, Kappl, or even Ischgl.

The rooms are good and as expected. Spacious and modern, well equipped. The ski-room is great.

Cleaning was a little lower than what I see in other places. We had two identical rooms. They had different amenities (e.g. number of pillows). While it was quickly fixed, our soap-dispenser was not refilled initially. The on-site tea-time and dinner need some polishing.

FIVE STAR.

this is a perfectly position place. it is very clean and extremely comfortable. the staff are wonderful and attentive. the food was excellent, some of the best around. we will definitely be back and highly recommend this for everyone. the skiing was perfect and short walk to the lifts. it is the most perfect alternative to ischgl and yet close enough to go to different ski areas every day for a week.

parking can be a challenge but always found a spot. there is nothing we didn’t like.

The waiters are really Nice and the food was good. We did not eat there one night and they did not make us pay which came as a good surprise. Very good breakfast.

Am avut un sejur minunat. Mic dejun foarte bun, cina fine dining- nota 10!!!!!!! multumim bucatarului. Zona de relaxare ok. Curatenia in camere - exemplara.

Dovolená se nám moc líbila, negativa nejsou nic zásadního. Velmi chválíme gastronomii, polopenzi jsme si užili👍

Hotel má výbornou polohu - spodní stanice lanovky střediska See je opravdu za rohem a skvělé vybavení, líbil se nám vnitřní a venkovní bazén.

S dětmi jsme byli v rodinném pokoji trochu stísnění, rodinný pokoj byl stejně velký jako ostatní pokoje jen s přistýlkou pro děti. Představovali bychom si ho v této kategorii ubytování trochu větší. U snídaní jsme postrádali automat na nápoje (káva, čaj, kakao). Personál byl milý, donesl vše podle našeho přání, ale automat by výdej nápojů určitě urychlil.

Een hotel dat geleid wordt door een familie, en dat straalde af op de service en hartelijkheid die iedereen toonde. Wanneer je nog maar in de buurt van het onthaal liep, vroeg men spontaan waarmee kon geholpen worden, ook al waaren dit praktische zaken, los van je verblijf. Kwaliteit van diner was zeker behoorlijk, en wanneer kinderen het kids-buffet niet lustten, konden ze per gang van het vaste menu kiezen of ze dit wensten mee te eten. Zwembad zeer mooi, en meestal rustig genoeg. Extra dienstverlening om een EV éénmalig gratis te laden was zeker een pluspunt voor onze terugreis, gezien de minder goede dekking aan snelladers in de regio

Sauna iets minder uitgerust en ingekleed, maar dit beschouwen we als een detail, gezien zowel Finse sauna als stoombad wel deed wat het moest doen!

Schön für ein Wellnesswochenende

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit , das Essen gut - zum Teil exzellent - und ausreichend. Zimmer und Wellnessbereich sind sauber, neu und schön gestaltet (einzig der Außenpool sieht auf den Fotos deutlich größer aus als er tatsächlich ist).

Die Cocktails wurden lustigerweise statt im Shaker im Mixer gemixt - das tat leider dem Geschmack ziemlichen Abbruch.

Sauber & Stylisches Hotel - für den 1. Aufenthalt gut geeignet aber es fehlt der Wiederkommen-Wollen-Efekt

Die Zimmer sowie das gesamte Hotel sind sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Ebenfalls war alles sauber. Ich denke im Winter zum Skifahren in der Region ist das Hotel eine gute Alternative zu den Hotels in Ischgl aber das Preis-Leistungsverhöltnis ist ausbaufähig.

Wellness- Poolbereich sind leider nicht so toll, wie es auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung rüber kommt. Was uns wirklich geärgert hat, es war über mehrere Tage (mindestens seit 2 Wochen) schlechtes Wetter und Temperaturen um die 15 Grad angesagt und der Bereich sowie das Wasser waren extrem kalt. Das Essen war ok, aber nicht besonderes. Für den Preis und die „Aufmache“ des Hotels hätten wir beim Abendessen sowie beim Frühstück mehr erwartet. Personal war ebenfalls ok - der Kellner im Restaurant ist in unseren Augen leider fehl am Platz.

Agréable , montée en téléphérique et bus gratuit .

Nous avons aimé , la surprise faite à ma femme le jour de son anniversaire . Au petit déjeuner plein de décoration sur la table . La piscine et le sauna était ouvert à toute heure de la journée. Tout le personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute de la clientèle . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir . Encore Merci Isabelle et Claude

Relax in een gezellig hotel , weg van de drukte

Mooie ruime kamer, lekker eten , vriendelijk personeel , super ski opbergruimte, op 200 meter van bushalte naar Ischgl of Kappl en skigebied See (een aanrader) ligt bijna naast de deur…(ook een kleine 200 stappen), gezellige bar , mooi zwembad (wellness hebben we niet gebruikt)
