Blue Swan

The breakfast was diverse and tasty. The location was close enough to the city center and very nicely situated by the Vistula River. The place was clean, and every day the cleaning lady would drop by to pick up the trash and refill the room with water and other needed items. The room had AC, which was very much needed since we were there during a heatwave.

Our bed, in particular, was too small for two adults. Our room was in the attic, so maybe that is a reason. Otherwise, it was comfortable to sleep in, and so were the pillows. The shower cabin was also very small, and we kept on bumping into it while showering.

Nice hotel, very nice location, very good breakfast, perfect view

The beds (mattresses) and pillows in the older building are a bit uncomfortable.

Location next to the river, nice breakfast, nice river view from the restaurant, clean and comfortable, parking space (paid). This was our 2nd time at the same hotel, the beds & pillows in the newer building are very good, compared to the older one which needs improvement.

The hotel is located by the riverside and offers a beautiful view. Breakfast options were sufficient, and the Wi-Fi worked well on the second floor. Overall, it's a good value for the price.

However, the room showed signs of wear: furniture was worn out, the wardrobe doors didn’t close properly, the carpet had stains, and one of the bath towels had a hole. (I didn’t report these issues, so I can't comment on how the staff would have responded.) There was no power outlet easily accessible next to the bed, and sound insulation was poor — I could hear everything from the hallway. Morning cleaning activities like vacuuming were quite noisy. I chose the location knowing it was a bit outside the center, but walking to the Old Town can be tiring for some.
