Excellent location within walking distance to old town, wawel and kazimierz. Comfortable room setting. Hotel staff responded quickly and professionally towards air conditioning problem, fixed within minutes upon check-in.
Showering booth too small difficult to turn. Two units wall plug are loose and dangerous of detaching.

The staff where very friendly & one staff member really stood out, her name was Sonia, she was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, and was a great help to us.
