One of if not the best place I’ve stayed whilst travelling, the staff were really nice and accommodating as I was in crutches during my visit, the rooms were really nice and beds were huge. Hotel was very modern & in an ideal location. When coming back to krakow in next few years will definitely be staying here again.

During our stay staff was very polite. Breakfast is absolutely worth it, were available a large variety of salads, vegetables, cheeses, they even had a herring which you will not see in other hotel, that was smth unusual. Hotel is easy to find, good location, there is no noise around.
I can absolutely recommend it.

Comfy beds, nice in general.
Shower fluctuates from scalding to freezing constantly. Staff at the empty bar ignored us to the point we left without being able to get a drink. Far away from city centre but taxis are cheap.
