The hotel was lovely, clean and friendly. Loved the vegan aspects. It was within easy reach walking distance of the old town as well as very close to bus/tram routes for the salt mines, Taunron Arena and the airport.

The property listing on Booking.com was comprehensive and proved to be a very accurate description of the apartment. Very clean, tidy and well decorated with all of the facilities that we were expecting. Lovely and quiet at all times so no issues with sleeping at night or being woken early in the morning. Good quality towels, bed linen and toiletries all helped to make this a perfect place to stay. We didn’t book the breakfast or make use of the exercise facilities so I am unable to comment on these aspects of the property. Staff polite and helpful at all times. The apartment is located very close to the Novotel Krakow Centrum, so a little way out of the centre but still within a reasonable walking distance. Trams to and from Salvator pass the apartment so it is very easy and convenient to reach any part of the city. Buses also run to most city locations (including the airport) from the Jubilat stops which are a short walking distance away. All in all a brilliant place to stay and highly recommended. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. 😀😀😀😀😀😀

Not enough hot water

Location - very close to Krakow Castle in a peaceful neighbourhood with a great bakery next door and good local options for eating out and a supermarket nearby. You are also very close to the tram & bus lines. Apartment - our apartment (number 36) was presented nicely and had an upstairs section and two toilets. Air Conditioning - we appreciated having access to air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs in our apartment, although neither air conditioning unit was strong enough to fully combat the heat in the apartment, which is located in the roof of the property, so we did sleep badly every night of our stay.

Pillows - the pillows were poor and very soft. They do provide extra pillows but because they are all the same type, it does not make any difference. Kitchen - We found the kitchen layout difficult to use as a functioning space. Lots of the drawers are taken up with various bins for individual recycling. We had lots of knives but only 3 forks for the both of us for 7 days. We were only provided 2 dishwasher tablets for 7 days. You are only provided with 4 free coffee pods, if you want more, they will charge you, which seems unfair, especially considering the price you pay for the room. There is not enough work space to cook and appears that appearance has been prioritised over functionality when it comes to this space. TV - The chromecast is rubbish and very difficult to use and make it work consistently. We found this incredibly frustrating. Environmental Focus - the apartment is heavily focused on avoiding waste, which is important, but a lot of what they have implemented in the apartment could be considered wasteful. For example, there are MANY light switches in the apartment, we must have wasted a lot of power constantly turning the wrong one on/off because we were constantly confused. The amount of light switches felt excessive. The TV turns on immediately as soon as you enter the apartment, which is unnecessary and wasteful. We were VERY warm in the apartment and had both air cons on constantly, if there were powerful enough, we wouldn't need to have both on all the the time. Bed - we found the bed very uncomfortable and hard. We struggled to sleep comfortably upstairs because of the heat and ended up sleeping on the sofa bed. While preparing the sofa bed, it became apparent that it had not been put back correctly so we had been sitting on a very uncomfortable sofa unknowingly for days. The mattress on the sofa bed was heavily stained on both sides.
