stayed hear many times over the years location is a1 30 seconds from main square a little noisy at night if you have a front facing room but its not to bad staff are great and helpful breakfast is simple meats sausage and cheeses but filling snd plentyfull

Location is good. No AC which is ridiculous. You pay a lot of money and get a room with a fan, crazy. Very old hotel, rooms are not clean. No fridge, microwave, nor iron. Would not recommend

As I have a disability it is important that I choose a property with a lift. The review of the hotel stated it had a lift, which is true but what it doesn't state is the fact the hotel has 2 buildings the 2nd one does not have a lift. I was put in the building with no lift on the top floor which was totally impractical for me. The hotel refused to move me saying they were full, yet I checked on the app and with 2 other booking agents and I could book a room so they weren't full, when I put this to them they still refused to move me. I contacted Agoda and basically it was my fault for not sending a special request for a lift. How does a lift become a special request when it states on the hotel information that it has one but doesn't mention the other building at all. I asked Agoda to find me a new hotel, they refused. I found one that night and had to pay again at considerable cost to myself and when I went to check out of the Rezydent the next morning they had miraculously found me another room with a lift, and I then find out that Agoda won't refund me the cost of the new hotel or the Rezydent. I will deal with this when I get home officially. Totally let down on all sides.
