We had a wonderful stay at the Leonardo Boutique Hotel Krakow City Center. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished, making it a relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring. The location is excellent—just a short, pleasant walk to the Old Town, the Jewish Quarter, and along the river, so sightseeing was effortless.
One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel's address can be a little confusing because it's easy to mix it up with the Leonardo Boutique Hotel Krakow Old Town Centre. So, make sure to double-check when you book or arrive.
The pillows were the only small problem; they were very thin and didn't have any filling. Everything else about the stay was great, though. Anyone who wants to stay in Krakow in a central, convenient, and comfortable place should definitely stay at this hotel.

We were stopping on top floor... small room and windows did not open. HAd air con but i think the controller was for show... the room was reaching tempretures of 27 degress... We spoke to steaff 5 times but they were non responsive, and played dumb... even suggesting I open the windows... I explained the windows do not open which they didn't seem to understand... They said they had a technican look at air con and all was OK but by this time we were sick of complaining and getting nowhere so in the end were just keeping the main door of the room open as it was cold in the outside corridor and gave us some coolness... hotel itself was OK but the staff and lack of customer service were bad... very bad!
