Our stay was comfortable, we appreciated the location of the hotel, the discretion of the staff, the space we were assigned big enough for a family with many kids

I think that it could use to add a protection to the stairs to avoid slipping and a fence for small children to avoid accidents.

Very well-located accomodation for trips to the main historical places.

This accomadation was peaceful, tidy, safeful and very well located. The inside yard with own terrace is good especially for families. The lady who made room service was very helpful.Metro was beside and bakery, shops, pizzeria, etc.All what you need for a family.

Living room is together with kitchen, which means In double-room is not much place for bigger family. For us it was enough (one child and a couple days trip).

La Ferme des Barmonts is a comfortable, well-equipped and spacious place to stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable and the facilities were very good, especially the bathroom. The hotel itself, especially the internal courtyard, gave the place a good feeling and the room opening only onto the courtyard meant that the room was quiet. We also felt secure within the hotel.

As far as the hotel was concerned, the only issue was the wi-fi in the room, which tended to be slow and dropped out from time to time; but as we had anticipated that wi-fi would only be available in public areas, having it in the room at all was a bonus. The location of the hotel very close to the Metro station was excellent, as also an excellent supermarket, greengrocers and laundromat nearby. The main issue for us was that we felt uncomfortable and insecure in the surrounding neighbourhood, which is definitely not a tourist area. This is no fault of the hotel, but due to our own lack of knowledge of the suburb. Also, the Metro station had lots of stairs and no lifts/escalators was a real issue with heavy luggage.

It would have been great if the property had had air conditioning as Paris was in the middle of a heatwave when we stayed, reaching 37 degrees. It very hot in the apartment but we were given fans which kept us vaguely cool!

Excellent value for money.

I was really grateful to the staff for giving me the keys to the room a bit early, since it was already prepared. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The neighborhood is calm at night. The location is good—close to a metro station (near the city center) and a supermarket. Excellent value for money.

Great hotel!!

For a budget travel, this is a perfect tourist hotel. Great location with 5 min walk from number 7 train and supermarket. Taxi ride to city center was also within 20 euros so we preferred taxi due to our group of 4. The room were nice and clean and they replaced towels every 2 days. There was refrigerator, microwave and electric top stove. Cutlery was available as well. Beds were firm and there was a locker for personal stuff. The manager was very responsive to any questions and also provided us early check in.

There is a damp smell whenever you come back to the hotel in evening which goes away in a few minutes of leaving door and window open but I’m assuming this is due to humidity in Paris. Since these are apartments, there were lots of kids playing noisily until 11pm on weekends but with window closed the rooms were mostly soundproof.

Well..let's start from the beggining with the check in..I arrived at11.30am and I was lucky to be able make and early check in ..the gentleman at the reception was so nice and friendly and helpfull..he made me feel so welcome from the 1st moment (thank you very much for the great and so pleasant surprise with the room upgrade..I had unfortunately no chance to do it in person before I left and made me sad)..also his coleague in the evening was such a nice man and had a great talk and helped me with what I needed at that time..my best regards to both of you.. About the appartament,no4..1st floor..has all you need and can acomodate till 4 persons very easy..is so cosy..sparkling clean..warm..has all you need for a great and pleasant sejour in Paris..close to metro7 and good supermarket casino ..safe area..not noisy at all..i slept very well every nite..also my thanks for the gentleman at the reception in the day before check out who helped me with my dilema about very very early check out..all in one I loved this place and I wished my sejour was longer..but for sure will be a next time here..I recommend it gladly to all who want to have a great sejour in Paris Thank you and see you next year ..till then, my best wishes

quaint little apartment complex close to metro and supermarket

very quaint little Apartment complex 5 min walk from the Metro and supermarket. beds were super comfy and the apartment had everything my party of 5 needed for a 4 night stay. we did t cook but there was a hob and microwave and kitchen utensils. we just had fresh bread and sandwiches for breakfast and takeaway which was adequate for us. staff very accommodating g and communications were very good via the app

the outside areas of the complex was a little dated but you can see they were making improvements outside for the coming warmer months. this didn’t affect our stay at all. would definitely recommend to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to go again. the inside of the apartment was very modern.

The apartment is newly renovated and as a consequence the facilities are good. The bathroom shower was great and the room temperatures were perfect. I travelled with my family in December and the apartment never felt cold :) I would stay again and recommended for families and groups

The apartment smells even if the windows were left opened. It might be some sewing near by im not sure. The walls are very thin and you can hear even walking or water running from the other apartment.which makes the sleep uncomfortable .

Convenient, Affordable , Clean

For Paris it was tremendous value , Kitchen with everything you need , great bathroom and big bedroom with a very comfortable bed . All basic furniture but perfectly acceptable . our apartment No 39 was very secluded with a little sitting out area . Cleanliness was exceptional . We did not take a vehicle as it was only 5 mins from the Metro and shops . Its nearly impossible to park outside the property but there is parking within the complex for a modest fee. Would DEFFINATELY go there again , if you expect 5 star then you NEED to pay 5 star prices , if you want a comfortable , clean , convenient place to stay , this is it . In my opinion .

A small coffee table in the kitchen would have been nice to put your cups on while sitting on the settee . Petty I know

great stay

The studio is situated in a closed property by a large door that is locked at night and in the weekend. It is on a small street lined by small houses. It is about 4 min from the metro on line 7. The studio was larger than I thought with a separate bedroom, a nice bathroom (and plenty of towels) and a kitchen/dining area with a sofa and a telly. I got one with a small terrace and could see the small garden with olive trees. There are other small studios in the property. It was very clean, modern and functional, perhaps a bit too impersonal (the artificial lights are quite strong) The person who received me when I arrived was very nice. except for the last night (in the studio above mine), it was very quiet. No noise from outside. It was perfect for what I did, i.e. visit Paris.

The kitchen is not sufficiently equipped to cook beside very simple meals. Ideal for breakfast though there were no small coffee cups. The enty door (and small window) are the only source of natural light. The studio is therefore not very bright even in great weather. I had a visitor for few hours who detected humidity smells. The sofa was not super confy but it is a convertible. The wifi works very well but i needed to connect to the router at each time. only a very small inconvenience.

i had a big car so tight squeeze to get in but member of staff VERY helpful to guide in we arrived 5 pm but locked up we had to phone to get someone to open up which is not ideal BUT Simo was great and reaally helped in every way once he arrived very close to metro and shops

Exceptions stays just outside of Paris

Great location, quite close to metro stop, easy to find. The studio was spacious, super clean and very quiet. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare for a meal. Super comfortable bed, which is hard to find in hotels from my experience. We also have access to our own terrace, which is very cozy. The shower and the bath are very modern, warm and comfortable. The most incredible thing was the service, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist and he was super clear about everything during our stay - since we had a small change of plan in the last minute, we could not stay the first night, and he offered to refund us 50% of that night’s stay! I will definitely recommend this place to every friends and I for sure will stay again if needed!

Only occasionally the neighbors are talking loud during the day, but can’t complain. Our room was facing the common area so we need to use curtain/shades to cover the door & window for some privacy, otherwise all good!

This is an okay flat. It is very close to the metro and the Gustave Roussy Institute. All the specifications listed in the site are correct, so you will be able to use the microwave, toaster, bath, hairdryer and other things as mentioned. However, it is important to note that the Wi-Fi connection is extremelly slow! Maybe you will lose the communication with your friends during a skype or whatsapp video conference.
