Good organization but very dirty

I liked the organization, we didn’t have problems with check-in and the price was pretty good

Adequate. Nothing fancy, nothing terrible

Well located, spacious room, adequately equipped with the basics. This was the lowest priced option available for this type of accomodation and delievered acceptable conditions despite the expected shortcomings. The room has no luxuries and delivers basic, reliable "comfort". The pictures do it justice. If you need a place to stay temporarily, you could do a lot worse.

The access corridor was smelly, the walls are very thin (noise is noticeable at night), and the furniture and kitchenware are unimpressive. Wifi could work better (still, mostly fine). The price is a bit pushy, but there is no cheaper option...

Good location, dirty

The location is pretty close to the central station

As others have stated, the bathroom was dirty, the floors were dirty. We got clean sheets and towels which we were grateful for. It gets very hot on the second floor during the summer

A very nice studio with everything you need

The location was very good, close to the train station and the city center. There was also a laundromat nearby where I could do my laundry. The studio is fully equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, and kettle—everything you need for a few days' stay.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, as the mattress was sunken in the middle. At times, there was a strange, sewage-like smell, although it seems to be more a characteristic of the city than the accommodation, as it could also be smelled elsewhere.

I would come again for a short stay.

The property is located in an attractive setting. Very good mini-kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed, and excellent range of TV stations.

My Wi-Fi connection showed a possible security leak. That meant I could not access my Email via laptop or do online work. Twice the connection just shut down.

It was absolutely filthy, the shower didn’t work for two days, towels were dirty, downstairs window didn’t open, and the neighbours around were very noisy before 7am and after 11pm

Decent location and basic amenities, but comfort and cleanliness left room for improvement

The room was relatively spacious and had everything one might need, but the furnishings were quite rustic and a bit dated. The bed was basic and lacked a proper slatted frame, so you shouldn’t expect a high level of comfort. A big plus is the location – it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the old town and a nearby supermarket. Cleanliness was mostly fine, although one of the towels had several large stains. I assume the hotel works with a laundry service, but it might be time to sort out older items. There was also some visible dust in the corners, so the cleaning could be more thorough overall. As the room was located on the ground floor, there were quite a few noises starting around 6 a.m. – possibly due to other guests who seemed to be staying for work in Leuven and left early in the morning. This could be an issue for light sleepers. While it was cheaper than other options in the area, it wasn’t exactly a budget stay. Given the overall experience, I wouldn’t return. If you’re only looking for a place to sleep and won’t be spending much time in the room, it’s acceptable – but it doesn’t compare to a modern holiday apartment.

Rooms badly need renovation work and redecorating. Rat fight in roof space above bedroom on first night. Shower door trims dirty and mouldy.

Enough for sleeping

Very good price for Leuven and the beds were comfortable.

The room itself is pretty dark and seemed very old. The bathroom was very narrow and had many rusty parts. The whole room could use a renovation, but it's fine if you only want to have an apartment to sleep in.

One-week staying in a smelly 10m2 room

The smell of the room was horrible, it was like a room for smoking people. Even if I left the window open it was not possible to remove it, it was really annoying. The room was not that clean, also the towels were stained. The room was really small: the distance between the bed and the kitchen is one meter. There is no lift!!!

There was no fan in the bathroom so there was mold all over. Didn’t look like the room had been cleaned at all. No extra pillows or blankets and the beds were uncomfortable.

Travel in time... to Medieval

The management of this facility works energetically to care for the environment and save electricity. For this reason, the 230V power supply in the apartment was remotely turned off, the only table lamp had no bulb, and the electric heater was plugged into a socket that did not work. You had to take a flashlight with you to the bathroom.

Management did not answered to messages asking for help with electricity. It's a good thing that I took my phone with me when I went out to the street, because the blue keychain next to the keys did not open the gate. Even if the room had been cleaned, it still looked bad with dirty brown walls and dim lighting. The kitchen equipment didn't look great, to say the least. It wasn't the cheapest room I rented in Belgium, but it was definitely the worst.
