It was an exceptional stay

It was clean, had everything you would need for a short stay. I liked that it had oils salt and pepper and coffee too, this is a plus for families because usually these items takes space in the luggage. The owners were vey nice and respectful. We plan to go back again to spend more time in the cottage. I want to add that’s a good place for Hijabi people too, the back yard is protected by bushes that no one sees you even if you eat in the backyard garden without your hijab on.

Short but good holiday

Tiny and cozy and still enough to eat and sleep. Owners are friendly and fast answering and solving "issues", for example we had some missing towels but where delivered really fast. (Key is communication, talk with people instead of writing angry reviews and probably never tried to solve the issue) Anyway, was not the last time there! Thank you.

We all know how the wather in Belgium is, so Murphy striked again. Sadly nothing the owner could change :) Same for the garden, but it is normal in winter so nothing to add here.

charming house divided in several units. Stayed in the biggest one. very clean, atypical as the kitchen is at the second floor and the pool table is at the first floor. beautiful garden/ easy to park.

Beautiful house and garden. Very clean, proper and great service. Very recommended for a weekend with friends to enjoy some peace in a big and beautiful house.

Small cottage separate from the main house. Bare bones and noisy outside, but does the job.

Nice size lot for the kids to run around and they had fun creating a fire in the firepit. Close to the airport and Leuven.

No soap/shampoo/laundry detergent in the house. Noisy freeway at all hours of the day and night. One flat pillow led to very uncomfortable sleeping arrangements.

Great stay!

Nice and quiet area close to the gas station, Starbucks and BK. Location is right outside of Brussels. We had the entire cottage equipped with all the home comforts.

There was no mop, which isn't a huge deal, but upon arrival, I noticed the bathroom floor needed to be mopped.

Een goed geoutilleerde cottage, optisch schoon

Het is erg rommelig en een groot aantal dingen zijn kapot. In de douche veel schimmelplekken. Op een aantal traptreden zat geen tapijttegel. Die vonden we terug in de pannenlade… De foto’s op Booking zijn zeer misleidend! Niets is wat het lijkt!

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Eigentümer waren stets um unser Wohlsein bemüht. Das Ferienhaus war groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Kinder haben Netflix genossen! Unkompliziert war der Aufenthalt unserer Labrador-Hündin. Alles in allem…. Perfekt!!!

De grootte van dit complex. We hadden een grote slaapzaal en uiteindelijk meer bedden dan nodig was.

Er viel mij eigenlijk niks tegen. We hadden een grote gezamelijke keuken en alles stond in de keuken.

Beau jardin, mais pas entretenu lors de notre visite

Le logement ne correspondait pas à nos attentes : il s’agit d’une maison jumelée sans espace salon. Le sauna ne fonctionnait pas et le billard était cassé, donc inutilisable, les douche n’ont pas de débit d’eau, des tiroir cassé et une machine à laver sans porte rende aussi le logement dangereux. Sur le drap un reste de chewing-gum sèche à griffer ma fille, un verre salle nous a attendait sur le rebord de la salle de billard. De plus, les propriétaires étaient particulièrement intrusifs, ils nous ont filmé et pris des photos sans autorisation, ils font du voyeurisme ce qui a rendu le séjour inconfortable et malsain.

Fijne locatie, veel tuin, leuk dat je een aparte ruimte hebt in het huis waar je kan poolen.

De indeling van het huis was niet te zien op de foto’s. De keuken in de grote accommodatie is op de bovenste verdieping en de begane grond mag wel wat gezelliger aangekleed worden.

Zeer geschikt voor een vriendenweekend, prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding

Het appartement was erg ruim en had een mooie, grote tuin. Door de ligging aan de snelweg was het ook goed bereikbaar. Bovendien is er een bushalte op loopafstand waardoor je zo in Leuven bent. De host was vriendelijk en reageerde snel op onze vragen. Al met al een zeer geschikte locatie voor een weekend met de vriendengroep!

In de tuin, die grenst aan de snelweg, kan het erg lawaaiig zijn. In de slaapkamer (aan de andere kant van het gebouw) hadden we daar gelukkig geen last van. De bedden daarentegen kraakten wel behoorlijk. Verder zou de woonkamer iets gezelliger ingericht kunnen worden, al is het maar door er een bank in te zetten. Ook was het jammer dat je eerst drie trappen omhoog moest om een biertje uit de koelkast te pakken, al waren we er tijdens het boeken al van op de hoogte dat de keuken helemaal bovenin het appartement zat. Een (kleine) koelkast in de woonkamer zou geen overbodige luxe zijn ;). Ondanks enkele minpunten moet gezegd worden dat je hier ook niet de hoofdprijs voor betaalt; de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was prima.

Handige locatie en een mooie tuin. Alles is goed verzorgd en het huisje was erg schoon. Fijne communicatie met de eigenaar.

Het huis was erg netjes en schoon. Ook was het erg mooi ingericht, en beschikte het van alle voorzieningen die we nodig hadden! De communicatie met de eigenaar was ook heel goed.

Huis met veel mogelijkheden en hulpbehoevende eigenaars

De mogelijkheden die verschillende ruimtes te bieden hadden en de grote mooie tuin. Alles was ook netjes en onderhouden. Genoeg glazen en bestek, borden. Super leuke biljart zaal en nieuwe sauna.

Er was een technisch probleem met de CV maar de eigenaars waren zeer hulpbehoevend en gemakkelijk te bereiken met vragen. Ze waren flexibel naar oplossingen vinden. De haard heeft ons gered en de kamers zijn warm gebleven doordat er een hete lucht installatie was.
