Good value, nice location if you are familiar with Leuven - I’ll be returning.

Very nice sized and clean apartment just adjacent to the ring of Leuven. It was perfect as a home away from home for a few days.

No staff present for check in, but they were very responsive on WhatsApp. Unclear communication about dropping off my luggage before check-in but again very responsive day-of on WhatsApp.

Check-in process needs to dramatically improve. Everything else was fine.

The room itself was great in terms of size and comfort. I also love that they have free laundry. The location isn’t close to the center but is fairly close to a train station and bus.

Arrival and check-in was awful! First, the address on the booking is a few blocks away from where the actual rooms are. There are no instructions online about this and the only indication that you must go to another building is a small map on the door of the address you’re given that doesn’t contain any written information as to why the map there and what you must do. After several knocks on the door and calls to the phone number from the booking that went unanswered, I figured I may as well walk over to the unexplained ‘X’ on the map in hopes that I could check in there. The location with the ‘X’ had a sign with the name of the property which, was promising but, now I was faced with the challenge of getting into the building. No one was at the front desk and there still wasn’t anyone answering the phone. After standing outside for some time, two guests finally walked outside which allowed me to get through the doors. Once inside, I found an envelope with my name, room key, and information about my stay. I can only imagine how long I may have had to remain stranded outside had it not been for the guests that fortunately walked out when they did. This is simply unacceptable! Just in case this all sounds like something that might happen to someone arriving well after business hours, I would like to add that I arrived around 3pm on a Thursday afternoon.

Great property but communications with owner poor if you have specific questions/needs

Great location. Room was bright and layout was comfortable.

Booking and check in is smooth as long as you do not have specific questions or requirements. We had requests regarding accessibility and early check in. Response time was slow, if at all, and was rude when I followed up to obtain clarification. The room itself was well designed however showed some wear. The blinds on the beautiful picture windows did not close. I used a sleeping mask to block out moonlight and sunrise. Also, kitchen utensils were missing - for example there was only one knife for two people.

We enjoyed leuven.

Price was average, location 2km away from centre, no toaster, more light in bathroom and changing of towels and maybe clean the room at least once in 5 days. Other things were all fine .

Thank you for the accommodation, I was very satisfied. The instructions for the accommodation were sent on time and there were no problems. The apartment was very clean!!! It is well equipped. 2 min walk to the restaurant, 15 min walk to the city center. Free parking 5 min walk. Everything was fine. I recommend!

Very good

The flat was in a good location to reach the centre of Leuven, only 5 minutes by bus (bus stop is right in front of the flat) or a 30 minutes walk. The room, especially the bathroom, was big and in general the room was quite well equipped (except for spoons, only one available). Very nice terrace. Value for money is excellent considering the season and prices in the area. On Sunday mornings there is a market right in front of the building, but the room was still extremely quiet.

The cleaning lady came knocking at 8 a.m. on the day of check-out to find out when we would vacate the flat, despite the fact that check-out is scheduled until 11 a.m. An e-mail request in the days before would have been more appropriate.

Very clean room, all of the necessary amenities were provided. Very convenient kitchenette. Easy check in, responsive staff when an issue with the shower arose.

The wifi quality was terrible, it was impossible to hold a call without cutting off every 3 minutes. Tested with 2 laptops and one phone, all of the devices had the same issue so it wasn't me but the network.

İssue with water temperature and heating in the room. Heating might have been broken, it was too hot even though I was turning it off. Not possible to take a hot shower, water remains at the edge... Somewhat loud street.

brilliant stay! the only decent short -term stay in entire Leueven

the only decent place to stay in Leueven among all the apart hotels here!!! exceptional cleanliness, good future, nice bed and even memory foam pillow( I was so happy about it because of my constant neck pain). also kitchen with all the amenities-so happy. so I would 100% recommended this apart-hotel for my friends and will come back soon again.

Comfortable and smooth

Margriet, my point of correspondence was super helpful and informative. I needed to extend my stay and she ensured that the process went smoothly. The room was being cleaned routinely and the location was optimal.

The window was slanted so it doesn't let in a lot of light and it needed cleaning a little bit around the edges. Also, the WiFi connection is not very stable and you lose connection often. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

Efficient self-service. Bike provision was very helpful for moving around the city. The common areas were regularly cleaned. The host respond to messages fast.

Excellenet location, close to the old historical center of the town, and the University. I had a very good contact of the responsible person, very kind and polite. The neighborhood is beautiful, calm and safe, with supermarkets, restaurants and brasseries. The appartment was clean with all the amenities, the ideal place for someone to work.
