The home is kept in impeccable condition. Every linen is laundered between every guest. If you want one of the best locations on SPI, and a home in immaculate condition with all of the extras, this is it. Don't buy or bring paper products, dish soap, dishwasher soap, a sponge, disinfectant, dryer sheets, laundry soap, bleach, or even your first day's worth of coffee. Don't load up the car with a cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards or beach towels, everything is at The Sandpiper House waiting for you! We even have a Sandpiper House Treasure Chest with a few surprise goodies waiting for you! You'll have to book to see what's inside the Treasure Chest. If there is anything wrong that comes up during your stay, we'll do our best to make it right. HOME OCCUPANCY IS LIMITED TO 12. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO ADULTS ON TOP BUNKS. We play by the rules, SPI Permit number 2023-0181 we charge $99 for property protection up to $3000. No fault, no deductible. Most important, no insurance companies to deal with. Four exterior security cameras for your protection. These units capture exterior images only!

The view is the show. From the moment we arrived, we couldn’t stop gazing out the back floor-to-ceiling windows framing the beautiful contrast between white sand, blue surf, and bright cloudless sky. The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated with a calming, coastal vibe. Each morning, the sound of waves and a gentle breeze made coffee on the deck something to savor rather than rush through. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a breeze to cook meals with the family, and the open-concept living area encouraged easy, relaxed conversation. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, plenty of room for everyone on our trip, with plush bedding and extra Mexican blankets for afternoon “beach naps”. The best! We appreciated the practical touches as well, like access to the garage for parking, fast Wi-Fi, beach towels, beach toys, and plenty of board games to keep everyone off our devices and engaged with each other. The outdoor space included a private deck, pool, spa, and direct access to the beach, which made switching back and forth for snacks, toys, breaks, or cooler refills easy and safe. Communication with the host, Billy, was seamless and friendly, with quick responses to any questions and thoughtful recommendations for local spots. Overall, this beachfront rental felt like a true home away from home for a few days and made our vacation both effortless and memorable.

This was the perfect house for us! Steps away from the beach, Wanna Wanna Grill on the beach 2 minutes away ( the best Turbo Pina Colada ever and great fried shrimp/fish basket). Plenty of pool/beach toys to keep our 3 year old very happy! We went fishing one day and had Nautico Restaurant cook them up - delicious! They have the best Key Lime pie I have ever had!Location, Location, Location - perfect! Billy was very easy to communicate with and gave us lots of good ideas!
