This property is primo. Very spacious, and very well stocked. 2nd year now I have taken it for Jan/Feb timeframe (the weather this year was phenomenal). The heated pool is the main reason this is such a great rental. (Only drawback - the Weber grill needs fixing, broken both years now. I unfortunately had pool problems (capacitor issue) that lasted the first week, but working with the SPI on this, and any other needs, was extremely smooth and quick. It is very common for their staff to be on-site with an hour or two of calling. You do not get that from other companies! The front office staff, and our agent (Marina) are great people to work with - so friendly and so helpful.

We had the best stay! 13 adults fit easily into this home for my birthday trip. The pool was great as was the common area - we all fit to sit down for dinner and lounging. The proximity to the beach was great! It was such a short walk and convenient for the whole group. We would definitely come back!

We stayed here for a family vacation with 15 people for four days. We chose the house for its layout, the bunk bed room, and the shallow shelf in the pool due to our kids' ages. The pool was a hit, for sure! We used it daily, there was more than enough seating, plenty of sun coverage under the patio, and grilling was great.
We encountered a few issues. Upon arrival, the provided key code did not work. We called and someone was there in ten minutes to let us in. The downstairs was very, very hot. We pulled every fan we could find to keep the 7 kids comfortable. A member of our family determined there was a problem with the AC in that portion of the house. We left a message in the app and someone was there in ten minutes and it was fixed. The pool was hot, almost like a bathtub. Another family member found that the blades on one of the cooking units had come off. We messaged and someone fixed it right away. So, it was challenging to run into these issues, but we were pleased with how quickly SPI Rentals responded to have them repaired.
The garage was awesome. Downstairs fridge very helpful. The pool alarm gave us a sense of peace of mind with so many kids. We appreciated the on site baby equipment (high chair and pack n play). If you're bringing babies, though, consider a baby gate - the stairs aren't visible from the living room. Location Of the house was great – close to some good restaurants and a short drive to the beach.
