Welcome To Zula Del Mar, our stunning South Padre Island Texas vacation home.
2 minutes walk to the beautiful beach, can sleep up to 22 people in 7 bedrooms & 6 Bathrooms (see full bedroom configuration below), 2 living rooms, games, Fast WIFI, private (optionally heated) large pool & hot tub, fenced yard.

Zula Del Mar is located on the east side of South Padre Island (beach side) and is a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and attractions. We will send you all our recommendations for things to do and where to eat after you book.
You have the entire house
We are pet friendly! Well behaved pets are welcome with a $150 pet fee (per pet). If you plan to bring more than 5, contact us. Our backyard is completely fenced with a privacy fence and gates.
Upstairs:
Large living room, fully stocked kitchen, large dining table, bar area, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, patio.
Downstairs:
2nd living room, 2 single car garages, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, access to backyard.
Backyard:
Private fully fenced yard with a large optionally heated Pool & Hot Tub, gas grill (propane included), hammock, loungers, picnic tables
Parking:
Can fit 5-6 cars on our driveway. We also have 2 car garages (6' max car height) Free additional parking on the street.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is located upstairs and is open to the dining & living area. Kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven & range (electric), dishwasher, coffee pot (dual for both drip & K-pods), blender, toaster, rice cooker, slow cooker, pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, and much more. Perfect to prepare yummy meals.

Zula Del Mar has 2 living rooms: one upstairs and one downstairs.

The downstairs living room has a sectional sofa, 65” smart TV.

2 arcade machines, Shuffleboard and beach games
Pool & Hot tub (optional heating):
The large private pool & hot tub can be heated for an additional fee. It is $50/night or hot tub only for $35/night (Full stay only)

We welcome any responsible guests however if the majority of the adults in your group are under 25 we require a $1000 refundable damage deposit paid separately after you book. If all guests are under 21, alcohol is not allowed on the property.
Check in:
We will send you the smart lock door code on the day of your arrival as soon as the house is ready.
House will be ready by 5pm on your check in date. We always try to have the house ready as soon as we can, however we can’t guarantee early check-in in advance. It’s best to check back with us the night before.
Check out time is 10am.
Security:
For your security and ours, we have Ring cameras on the front door, parking area and pool equipment. Cameras will record video and sound when detecting movement.
Cancellations:
Please note, the cancellation policy applies for any unforeseen circumstances including illness, death, weather and other travel related issues. We recommend all our guests to purchase travel insurance for their peace of mind.

Perfect location with plenty of room for our group of four families (8 adults, 6 kids). The pool area made for a great space for hanging out while the house also provided plenty of space for everyone. Well equipped with necessities and an overall great experience. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at this amazing spot. I bought to many pool toys and added it to there collection. I truly enjoyed my stay.

House was as pictured, clean, smelled great.Family vacay for our family of all grown & married kids plus a few grandbabies. Plenty of room to be all together but so nice that everybody was able to have their own space too.

The house was a great size and great location, however it was very dirty and the flooring was falling apart which made a tripping hazard. Most of the blinds are bent or broken, windows were broken and taped. The air filter had not been replaced in a very long time which made black dust or mold stains on the vents.
I had contacted the homeowner with our concerns and attached photos and their response was “thank you, we knew about most of these problem but hoped we had a good time”.
We paid top dollar for a house that should have been under repair and getting a good cleaning, and the homeowner rented it to us anyway! 😡
