Welcome to the "Seaduction," your private paradise on South Padre Island! Offering a private heated pool, 4 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, and accommodating up to 18 guests total - the Seaduction is perfect for large families or groups! A perfectly-situated vacation rental, lies steps from the beach, only a few blocks from the best beach bar on the island, but also only a short walk to restaurants and shops. Just a 4-5 minute walk from the front door to the sand!
The living room has 3 beautiful sofas as well as comfortable chairs with ottomans – plenty of seating! Twelve people can comfortably dine at the beautiful table, while an additional four can sit at the nearby bar. Both upstairs bedrooms have king beds as well as space for comfy seating and TVs. The upstairs bedrooms are both king suites with private bathrooms. The two bedrooms downstairs have access to a shared oversized bathroom with private toilet room. Seaduction's kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, glassware, flatware for crowds; all the cooking equipment, utensils you could ask for; and all the regular small appliances one looks for in a nice vacation home. There will be ample room for all your food and beverages in the two full-size refrigerators. There is a propane grill at the property for guest use.
The cheerful atmosphere of this vacation rental home is reflected through the art, photos, and decor from each of these destinations and other tropical inspiration.The Seaduction has a beautiful swimming pool (heated in cooler weather) with plenty of chaise lounges and a dining set on the shaded patio. You will find a shower (hot and cold water) outside as you enter the pool area from the front fence gate. Young children will love the large shallow shelf; a perfect place for the little ones to play while others relax on a nearby lounger. There is a Ping Pong Table in the garage – especially great to have in case of a rainy day!
Every stay at 127 E Jupiter includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

I've stayed at numerous high-end houses on SPI over the years, usually on the beach. While this house isn't technically on the beach, it's so close to a very convenient beach access that it didn't matter. The house itself had a great floor plan and it is very well maintained. Beds are super comfy, as are the couches. Never saw a bug. The backyard pool area is beautiful and clean. We had horrible weather during our stay, so we were stuck inside for most of our visit. So glad this is the house were stuck in. Management was also very responsive to our needs. Small critiques - kitchen could use more silverware and the neighborhood can be noisy on weekends.

We loved our time at the “Seaduction”. We had a little hiccup with the door code when we first arrived. We called SPI and it was fixed very quickly! The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was beautiful and so close to the beach!
Only things I would change: more bath towels. We are a family of 8 and washed them a lot to get through our time there.
Also the dryer took a very long time to dry clothing.
I highly recommend the home. From the first phone call to rent this home to our last moments there, I was impressed with SPI rentals staff and the properties. Thank you so much! We had a great time!

The house and backyard were beyond expectations. The house and pool were clean and well appointed. There were a few minor issues that were immediately resolved. Absolutely would stay there again. Staff at SPI rental were really responsive and customer friendly.

Great house for a group. Fit 12 of us very comfortably. Pool was great, however, it would be nice if there was shade over the pool because the water was hot for most of the day. Other than that, perfect place. Would rent again.
