This property is 6 bedrooms/5 Bathrooms, sleeps 25 people and allows up to 2 pets. All new floors and brand new quartz countertops! All bedrooms have flat screen TV's! This one of a kind resort style beach house in South Padres Island that features the following amenities:
-Great Beach View, Across from Beach, steps to beach, near handicap beach access #17
-The newly built heated pool is the largest on South Padre Island, for a single family house. The pool features an 8 person hot tub, submerged tanning area, brand new water slide (2026), basketball hoop and newly installed travertine pool decking. This house has unobstructed sunlight all hours of the day, perfect for sun tanning! Guests will enjoy their time in this tropical backyard.
Something that makes this home a one of a kind rental house, is the the backyard Basketball Court with a professional size Mammoth 72”, in ground, tempered glass basketball hoop. The home offers a great outside sitting area with a propane grill. The Basketball court and swimming pool area is ideal for large group team activities, birthday party, wedding event, Quinceañeras and more! A new next generation water slide with 360 degree corkscrew turns was just installed (2026). The home entails all new furniture, TV's and, appliances which includes two stainless steel fridges! 6 parking spaces for guests vehicles, and public parking available nearby if needed. The 2nd floor balcony is large and wraps around the north and west side of the home. Guests can easily move to the backyard from upstairs also by accessing the exterior stair access from the 2nd floor balcony to the 1st floor patio and pool. This offers multiple ways to reach the great amenities the backyard has to offer.
Quartz on all kitchen and bathroom countertops. Ample seating is provided as well with a 12 seat dining room table, great for accommodating large groups for dining and meetings. There is plenty of outdoor seating available including a dining set table and lots of lounge chairs by the pool for guests to relax. An additional twin size rollaway bed is provided for guest use as well!

Great pool plenty of towels. Nice starter kits to get us started on our family vacation. Had an issue with the air conditioning and they were here to fix it in about 10 minutes!!! Great service very friendly and highly recommend, great location I'm able to see the ocean and drink coffee from the balcony what more could you ask for!

First the positives! The location is perfect, the amount of bedrooms is great for large families, the outdoors amenities are nice. The kitchen is very small but very well furnished. The only thing it needs is a few more sauce pans. Now for the negatives. First of all the living area downstairs is very small for the amount of people that can stay there. Also the kitchen has almost no counter space and is very small. The dining area can handle a lot of people but the chairs need a little TLC, the seats need some reinforcing. Also downstairs the water pressure is almost non-existant. The kitchen sink has a heavy trickle and the bedroom has the same issue in the shower and sink. The shower downstairs is also very narrow to get into, I am not a large person but had to turn sideways to enter the shower. The king bedroom had no lights that worked other than a couple of bedside lamps. The entire home needs some major upgrades! Outdoors was a nice retreat, especially for the kids. The only downside was that the pool water was not really cool. It still felt better than the heat outside but a little cooler would have been nice. I had my doubts about renting this home after reading some reviews, but the outside sold me on it because my grandkids love to play basketball. I'm not sure if I would rent this home again, I think it would need some upgrades before that will happen
