Location: Centrally located in the entertainment district in South Padre Island, situated 400 ft (3 houses) from the beach access with balcony that has water views.
Capacity: Accommodates up to 26 guests across 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.
Check-In/Out: Check-in is after 3 PM; check-out is before 10 AM.
Pricing & Discounts
Rate Expiry: Current rates are only locked and valid through January 6, 2028.
Base Rate: Listed pricing applies strictly to groups of 16 people or fewer.
Extra Guests: A fee of $10/night per person plus tax applies for each guest exceeding 16 guests.
5% Military Discount: Offered on pre-tax rental prices for active personnel; booking must match the military ID, the person must be present, and discounts cannot be stacked.

Amenities: Features a colossal, private fenced-in swimming pool and a 7 person in- ground Jacuzzi.
Standard Temperatures: Pool heating is set to 84°F and the Jacuzzi is set to 100°F during all year round.
Weather Fluctuations: True water temperatures depend on wind and air conditions, which are outside of owner's control.
Automatic Shut-Off: Systems automatically power down if the air temperatures and wind-chill temperature dropped below 55°F to prevent motor burnout.

Game Room: Features a full-size billiard table, sleeping futon, 46" TV, 2 bar tables with chairs, and direct pool access.
Master Suites: Two beautiful master bedrooms with King beds and private bathrooms (one features a walk-in shower, the other includes a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower).
Additional Bedrooms: Two bedrooms with King beds that share a full bathroom.
Open floor layout: All 4 downstairs bedrooms open directly into the main game room area.
2nd Floor Layout
Living Room: Massive living space with 4 leather sofas, a 65" TV, YouTube TV, and expansive front and back balconies.
Kitchen: High-end space featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 2 French-style refrigerators, 2 conventional ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, an air fryer, and a Keurig. A 3rd full size fridge is located in the garage to keep your drinks cold...
Dining Room: Includes an oversized dining set which comfortably seats 12. Alongside a breakfast bar, the colossal kitchen island offers 12 more seats.
Upstairs Master: King bed, sitting area with a futon, private balcony access, and a bathroom with an oversized Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.
King Bedroom: memory foam King bed with a private entrance to the balcony. This bedroom shares the hallway bathroom with the Kid's bunk bedroom.
Bunk Bedroom: Dedicated kids' room featuring 6 Full-size bunk beds, a 50" flat-screen TV, a private balcony entrance, and a shared bathroom.

Very nice property. Large rooms for a large group. Easy beach access and local grocer. Plenty of items to serve a large family. Confortable beds and pool/spa were great. Well maintained.

Was a wonderful stay for us! Unfortunately we had a couple of issues with the house… First and foremost, the internet either did not work or was slow all week. The floor throughout the house is all marble tiles (I think) and we felt like it was a fall risk for some family members - the flooring is very hard and very slippery. Also, we felt like for the price the appliances and tvs were poor quality and the outdoor furniture was cheap and very uncomfortable. There was no shade around the pool and no outdoor umbrellas for use so using the pool wasn’t convenient at all.
The owners were very responsive overall when we reached out to them and we had a wonderful trip anyway! Could of been a 5 star rating with minor upgrades! Thank you - loved south padre!
