Let 200 W. Cora Lee be your own private oasis! This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom private home comfortably sleeps 14 guests. The second level of the home entails the living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with beautiful stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with pots, pans and cookware needed to make delicious home cooked meals! The living room is equipped with a comfortable sectional sofa overlooking the open concept dining area and large flat screen Smart TV. Just off the living room is a 2nd floor South facing balcony where you and your guests can enjoy morning coffee, or just soak up the sun while enjoying the ocean breeze!
Also located on the 2nd floor are the 1st and 2nd guest bedrooms. The first queen bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and has access to a shared bathroom. The second queen bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and twin bunk bed. This room also has access to a shared bathroom.
The shared bathroom has a combination bathtub and shower, as well as a large vanity sink. Upstairs on the 3rd level of the home is the Master bedroom. The master entails a Queen size bed, attached bathroom and has access to a private east facing balcony. The attached bathroom features a walk-in shower and large vanity area, as well as a large walk-in closet. Back on the ground floor, you will find the 4th guest bedroom which includes a media space with a large flat screen Smart TV and ping pong table. The room is equipped with two sets of full over full size bunk beds that can accommodate 8 guests total. The room also has a washer and dryer and is just next to a full shared bathroom with shower.
Take a short 5-minute walk to the beach and spend the day playing in the waves, building sand castles and soaking up the warm Texas sun! Or cool off in your very own private sparkling pool!

Definitely enjoyed this getaway with the family. I wouldn't recommended it to any families with little ones under the age of 5 as they are crawling or walking around as it's a 3 story home and the stairs is what worried me as any other parent. However it was an over all a great home, very homey and spacious.

Duct taped vinyl floor planks across the main (second) floor were hard to overcome. They were in the kitchen and dining room with visible water damage in other areas in the third and second floor. From a kitchen necessity standpoint - it was pretty well stocked. However, baking sheets would be a great add considering the oven had a burnt smell when it turned on likely due to drippings from people cooking without a baking sheet. Ultimately, the pool was great and the AC worked so the house with quick access to the beach so the house served it's purpose but I do not believe that the pictures and the description ultimately matched the condition of the home. Of note, there are bunkbeds in one of the secondary rooms not pictured and the "hobbit closet" off the main room does not have beds as shown so do not count on those pictures being correct when booking.
