Great location for airport or visiting Venice. Comfortable and clean, good bar for breakfast open even in November.
I wouldn’t stay here for a summer holiday. The mobile homes are packed in like sardines and there isn’t even room to sit outside which is an essential part of a campsite experience in my opinion.

A nice caming ground with very easy access to Venice by bus. The bus stop was literrally just outside the entrance.
Nice swimmingpool or the kids.
Very good dinner at the in-camp restaurant.
Breakfast buffet was very poor. 15 euros for some pastry and milk is disappointing.
There was some maintenance issues with our mobile home like water leaking during showering and the door handle being loose.
Digital communication was a bit hard. Since we booked with booking.com, we didnt get automatic access to the campsite portal.

The place was really accessible from the airport. The little restaurant on site was cute and the lady was really friendly and accommodating. The rooms were fine.
The beds were very soft. I could hear the neighbours through the wall. I booked this as I arrived late at night into the airport and it has a 24 hour check in. I even wrote to confirm checking in late wouldn’t be a problem. When I arrived the man on reception was extremely rude addressing me with ‘passaporti’ and a scowl. No please or thank yous. No greeting. After a lot of unnecessary administrative kerfuffle he notified me that he was permitting me to check in at this hour, as if he was doing me a grand favour. He was clearly in a power trip but there really was no need for it. What a welcome to Italy! Thankfully the lovely lady at the cafe at breakfast restored my faith in humankind.
