This experience could have been a lot more enjoyable & comfortable had the issues that were mentioned been corrected

Location , apartment was bright , blinds on windows were really good, like the balcony, free parking, closeness to Centro Mestre, easy travel to Venice, closeness to the airport

Internet was very weak, the dishwasher was broken, the toaster was broken, The floors were very dusty in the 2nd bedroom, the pillows were poor quality, the 2 beds in the bedroom were very small mattresses for adults, the living room sofa was not comfortable and needed a coffee table or end tables.

You can reach Venice by bus in about 30 minutes and location is close to bus station.

Felt that some things are falling apart. Like shower curtain, door knob of the toilet etc,,, These items require repair.

Pleasant

It's a great location to explore Venice from without paying the very accommodation costs on the islands. For the price, the accommodation is generally of a high standard.

Although our stay was still acceptable, There were some specific issues with the accommodation. Mainly the inside door handle of the bedroom was detatched when we arrived, meaning we could not shut the bedroom door whilst sleeping. Although we flagged after the first night, it was not rectified during our 4 night stay. The door of the dishwasher was very stiff with concerns for breakage whilst using. And a lot of the crockery and pans were not properly clean. It feels like the accomodation just needs a bit more checking and upkeep between guests to maintain standards.

Well equipped apartment close to bus and tram stop (shop and pizzeria nearby). Living room, two separate bedrooms with kitchen and bathroom between them.

Quite noisy neighbors and thin walls (?). We've heard people talking, probably TV and radio. Earplugs recommended.

lovely apartment and lots of potential!

clean, good bus connection to Venice, however when we arrived there were no shops open and nothing close by to buy last minute shopping. facilities could’ve been excellent if there were toiletries such as shower gel or even a soap bar. lovely decor in living room and good kitchen utensils. balconies are lovely and ashtray provided which was good. Information by mattheo when arriving was really good he was lovely!

wear and tear on furniture (sofa for example), door scratching along floor upon entrance, noise from neighbours upstairs (can’t be helped by Mattheo), no toiletries, having basic shower gel or something to wash with would’ve been excellent but it’s down to preference of owner I think.

Superb

Nearest bus stop no. 2 going Mestre station through Venice. Walking distance to Tram T1 going to Venice. 4 people can stay (if you want extra 1 person can use nice sofa sleep). Very easy to contact by WhatsApp for the person. He speak English.

If Electricity stop working we needs to put on, they told us how to do. A/C was very loud. If they fix this there is no any issues.

comfortable stay 20-25 min away from Venice

- Large and spacious - Clean - Well equipped with everything in kitchen, toilet etc - Well connected to bus number 2 , to and fro Venice.

It was great overall. The only thing which was a bit less uncomfortable was the squeaky bed in the master bedroom and a bit sunken bed in the kids bedroom.

Very easy to contact. In the kitchen is everything you need, air conditioner in every room, nice balcony, near grocery store. Host was Very kind to let us arrive earlier. Recomend this nice apartment!

A clean appartment with spacious rooms.

My gps had trouble finding such a short street. That made it difficult to find it. Luckily the host had arranged for an English speaking, and well understandable, reception.

I had luck with free parking in the street, but when you leave with your car you can find yourself without a spot.

Old furniture, with old walls which were not painted since a while. Old kitchen dishes Missing wine glasses. The apartment is not soundproofed, you can hear almost everything from the neighbors

Friendly host, apartment very clean, spacious, well equipped very close to train station or bus stop to go to Venice.

Electrical problems, the power went off, cannot use oven while air conditionning is on . The couch in living room needs to be replaced.

Recommended stay and a great experience

The location was actually perfect if you want to visit Venice. We had to ensure costs were right and being in Venice would only drive them higher. This place was quiet and the train station Carpanedo was a 5 minute walk from where trains are available at every hr:29 min. The apartment had all the amenities as advertised and no issue whatsoever. The grocery stores and food joints were also nearby.

WHen we entered the apartment, it looked like someone had smoked in before and left the doors closed (it had an unpleasant smell) but that was solved by getting a few scented candles (provided by Laura) and lighting them up for the next few hours :)

One of the nicest apartments we have stayed in, Perfect for visiting Venice.

Clean, modern, spacious and excellent value for money. pictures were a true reflection of the apartment. Close to train station for easy access to Venice. Lots of information in the apartment regarding restaurants and local shops etc. The person that met as on arrival was very pleasant and gave us the right amount of information to enjoy our stay. Would defiantly stay again and strongly recommend if your visiting Venice.

Would have liked sky tv or similar, just to keep in touch with the news at home. Really can’t think anything to improve

Ha máskor Mestrében járok, ezt a szállást biztosan messze el fogom kerülni.

Az apartman elhelyezkedése nagyon jó. Buszmegálló, bolt a közelben.

Egy régi apartman, régi bútorokkal. Az első meglepetés az volt, hogy a mosogatógép nem működött, holott én direkt olyan szállást foglaltam, ahol van mosogatógép. A konyhában a tányérok, poharak koszosak voltak: ragadtak a tojástól és az olajtól. Az első étkezés előtt mindent el kellett mosogatnom. A második kellemetlenség pedig az volt, hogy az első este csak az egyik kisfiam tudott fürdeni, mert elfogyott a melegvíz ... a konyhában a kályhán voltam kénytelen vizet melegíteni a fürdéshez .... Ez az, amire egy hosszú nap végén nem vágyik az ember.

Regular,a la casa le falta mantenimiento

La ubicación,a un paso del bus que te lleva directo a Venecia. Las camas comodísimas. El barrio residencial,muy tranquilo,bonito y con todos los servicios .

La casa es grande pero está descuidada. Los armarios estaban con las puertas deterioradas,el baño muy antiguo,el grifo no funcionaba bien,por lo q siempre terminabas duchándote con el agua fría,el lavavajillas estaba roto,el tendedero tambien,la lavadora tenía dos piezas del tambor que se soltaron la primera vez que la puse y me rompió toda la ropa…creo que a esa casa le falta un mantenimiento y estaría perfecta. Para añadir,el vecino gritaba mucho,de día y de noche,por lo que no nos dejó descansar.
