The apartment comes fully equipped with a washing machine, and enough equipment in the kitchen to prepare simple dishes. The AC is also very useful on warmer days. It is located next to a tram stop that leads directly to Venice and has trams leave every 10 minutes on most days. In the neighborhood, there is a supermarket that has most things you may need on short notice, and there is a restaurant just outside the apartment complex, plus some other options for picking up something late at night. While the apartment doesn't come with its own dedicated parking space, there are some public parking spaces available nearby.

The building is a few years old and it shows. The kitchen area in particular has visible signs of the apartment being flooded by a bursted pipe at some time, and traces of mold are visible very much in that area as well. The electricity is very sensitive to putting on multiple things at the same time. While the bathroom has plenty of things, it is also pretty small, so navigating through it takes some getting used to. We also had a bad experience where one day the door lock to the apartment was changed from key to an access PIN. We were not there when that happened, were not informed about it in advance, and felt like our privacy was invaded just a little bit while our access to the apartment felt less secure. The provider just said that they were changing multiple doors in the building that day, and just forgot to inform us.

Reformado, muy limpio. Menaje suficiente. Buen aire acondicionado. Nevera. Cama cómoda. A media hora de Venecia en tranvía. Una pizzería muy buena justo debajo. La dueña fue agradable.

Fue difícil llegar desde el aeropuerto porque el bus pasa cada hora. No tuvimos agua caliente en los dos días y no solucionaron el problema. La zona y el edificio son un poco deprimentes aunque el apartamento por dentro es muy mono. El baño es muy pequeño. Para mí gusto está muy lejos de Venecia. Tienes que tirar tu mismo la basura ( en este caso de un día) en unos cubos por unas calles por detrás. Relación calidad precio, para mí gusto un poco alto estando en el extrarradio.
